Hello every one of hive learner’s community, I hope you are having a pleasurable day. The community is dedicated to learning socials and morals as regard human living. I wish the management team and all members the best for their efforts in sharing their opinion.
One major concern I wrote about is the need for body exercises. I don’t know how long you tried it but it is very essential for healthy living.
A major way of keeping the body fit and healthy is by regular exercises. I am made to understand not only people who are fat are mandated to carryout exercise but any living human should be physically fit too.
For fat people when you tend to carryout exercise daily you will actually burn down the fats into liquid which comes out from your skin pores as sweat after which you immediately have a cool shower to get rid of the liquid fat.
For the fact you don’t fall into the “fat people category”, you still need exercise activity to keep your entire body functional.
My Exercise Routine
I prefer jogging as an exercise routine, though other routines are important but when I jog, I tend to move from one place to another, stretching different parts of the body such as the hands, legs, waist e.t.c.
I use to go to the school field, set a target to jog round the field for seven times.
That is like walking for over few kilometers. but I came to realize that during the period of exercise, once you are exhausted please stop there right away and go refresh yourself. This has made me put together the major requirements for exercise in summary and their importance below.
Requirements For Exercise
The following requirements are essential if you want to carryout fitness exercise.
Fitness wear
You need a pair of boot and sport dress to be able to carry out fitness activity because it requires proper ventilation or you will get tired easily. I do see some youths put on trousers and slippers for exercise, that’s totally wrong. You need your boots and fitness wear for the practice.

Water
Get a bottle of water when you are undergoing fitness activity because you need water to lubricate your internal organs after stressing them on an activity. I don’t use energy drink because the fitness activity is a source of energy so combining it with energy drink might result in complications.
Other materials
Other materials you will need are good music for enthusiasm, a partner or a friend for motivation and fruits.
The importance of exercises cannot be neglected as it helps keep the body system healthy at all times. In fact people who carryout fitness activities tend to hardly fall sick.
