Dieting And Exercise, The Secret To Staying Fit

God gave us bodies but he doesn't decide how our shapes and structures should look. Our bodies are our responsibility to cater for, how we look and how healthy we are is all up to us.

Staying fit is one of the things most people crave, almost everyone wants their bodies to be in good condition. No one wants to look shapeless or obese, that is a huge burden.

Unfortunately, some people are already in that condition and they are beating themselves too hard over their looks. One thing they don't know is our bodies have unique abilities to transform into any shape we permit. There isn't need to worry, it will only take a few activities and discipline to get that shape you want.

Our diets and exercise play a very vital role in determining our shapes. When we eat just anyhow our shapes, no matter how good they may be will gradually become anyhow as well.

There are certain kinds of foods that make us gain weight, if we continue to feast on them for long, they have the potency to mess up our shapes.

But when we eat the right kind of food, in the right proportion, knowing our limits, it will make us look nice.

I have this cousin who used to be fat, she became worried about it because her friends were mocking her. She didn't become fat when she became an adult, she was fat from childhood.

So, she decided to start watching her weight, and avoiding certain meals, and gradually her body started responding to it, the last time I saw her I was shocked, she was now a slim slay queen. If you don't know her before, if someone told you she was once fat you would never believe it.

Eating good food the right way plays a good role in determining our shape, if you don't eat well, your shape can still be messed up. You might look so skinny that you would begin to dislike yourself.

Exercise is one of the commonest ways to keep our body shapes in order. This method is a good remedy both for those who already think their shapes are bad and wish to amend them and those who want to maintain their current shapes.

As we exercise, our bodies become more flexible, and fats and calories are being burnt off, that helps us not to grow out of shape because the fats will no longer accumulate but rather keep burning off.

One thing we must also know is that we also need to know the right kind of exercise to go for depending on what we want to look like.

Both good dieting and good exercise help our bodies to look good but I think when the two are combined together, it will make it perfect. Imagine how good-looking a person would be when he/she exercises and still eats good food. Most of the disadvantages attached to them would be lessened because where one is deficient, the other one would cover it up.

When can they be toxic?
Both exercise and dieting also have their bad sides. Like I said earlier on, when we eat foods that make us add weight consistently, no matter how rich they are, they may end up affecting us negatively.

On the side of exercise, when we take it too extreme without striking a balance, it has the ability to ruin our shapes as well. I have seen people who gym has turned into a human lizard. It's good to build your body but it should be done with wisdom. Build your body into something that you would love and be proud of not something that you would be looking for ways to undo.

Dieting is not all about eating rich food most times, in fact some people method of dieting is to consume meals that are less rich. Exercise has always been my best option, it is cheap as long as you don't go around poking at expensive gyms and it is more effective but then it has to be done in moderation.

That's just the point, these things are cheap and affordable naturally, going beyond or less can affect us negatively
