Hola everyone. Hope yall are doin well. Today, I will talking about the cost of living. But first we need to know exactly what the term cost of living means. It is how much money you need to spend.jpg

This topic is really really important to discuss because lets say someone is traveling anywhere on the world, but what will they do if they dont know about how much everything costs? Some place could feel beautiful to visit but what if you run out of money? Because of not knowing the cost. Exactly for this reason, this is important to understand. As I live in Bangladesh, the most beautiful country in the world (to me), I will talking about this country today.

Bangladesh is a beautiful country situated in South Asia. It is known for its beautiful places like Cox’s Bazar, tasty foods like “Panta Ilish” and the most friendly people in the whole world. But living in Bangladesh has some costs. These costs could include foods, house, groceries and utilities and etc. Lets discuss in more details.
Housing: In cities like dhaka, which is the capital of bangladesh, the cost is a bit high, im telling this from my experience of living here most of my life. The renting is quite more high in aread close to the corporate and center of the city. However, out side of the big cities, the cost is low and more affordable.

Food and groceries: Food is a big part in this country. Almost half of a families income goes to food. Here, eating outside often isnt the norm, instead families prepare foods at home. Also, groceries cost are rising a lot nowadays, we must fix this somehow later.

Utilities: utilities like water, electricity and gas are very very essential for daily life. Most of the time they are cheaper here than outer countries. Still when added over time, they can be big.

Transportation: getting around in Bangladesh can be done in buses, rickshaws and cars. Public transport is used mostly by people but owning a car here can be costly. Because of the fuel prices and other car maintenances.

Healthcare: This is a variable topic, because there are some government hospitals that offers free care or very little cost. But at the same time, private hospitals and clinics are expensove.

Education: Education is very very highly valued in Bangladesh because youll see very less people or kids not attending schools. But Higher education can be a bit costly here.

Entertainment: there are parks and other countless beautiful places to visit in this wholesome country. Maybe you can visit every sub districts here and find atleast one significant place to visit.

So, living in Bangladesh could be costly for some and for others it might not be the case. If you are a resident or just curios about life in other countries, hope that this post can help you get a short overview of the whole situation and thanks for reading!
