Having a balanced society requires lot of factors to be put in place. Its another beautiful moment to drop my participation on this platform. When i saw the theme for this edition, i was so happy and as i always say its timely.
Having a fair society where everyone is important without discrimination has been my prayer always. I decided to title this write up as all fingers are not equal. I am quite sure this has been a common statement made most at times amongst the socially depressed. I could remember when i was much younger, i used to over hear the low social strata people complaining about things especially government policies how it does not favour their category in all facets. It is now i realized the reality of their confession.
When it comes to earnings, i am never in support for any cap to be placed on individuals instead i preferred openness. In life, everything is a choice. No one can force you to work or fend for your family. It won't be ok to say this should be the amount one gets as the apex that means some will never work to amount something better in life. In the journey of life, decision making is very important. You are the product of your decision. If you decide to be rich or wealthy then you must set up the right strategies to actualize this. You can decide to attain any financial status in life based on your abilities and your networks. You can decide your financial target which might not be the same with the next person due to individual difference factor.
Being rich is not a function of setting a cap on earnings but hard work and consistency could break through a lot of limitation. No financial target should be set for anyone. There are some people that are just lazy and very lazy with life pursuit. You can not continue to sleep and fold your hands thinking manner will meet you at home...this is bad. As you dress your bed so you lay on it. All fingers are not equal because what and the way we input our energy is not the same. Different input and different output.

A young began his entrepreneurial journey at a tender age where he targeted to make his first millionaire before he hit 30years. He kept to his word and work hard to achieve this. As i write this post, this young has made so millions already. Imagine a cap was place hmmm would he have reached this level? It was opened and his input cant not be compared with others.
