How I managed my stress

As a musician, tutor and factory worker, it has not been easy, it's always a long day's work throughout the week.
I work as a factory worker in a company that produces Herbal dry gin from Monday to Thursday for an eight hour, one-hour break, making Nine hours in the company. On Friday and Saturday, I work for five hours forty-five minutes, a break in between. Furthermore, I resume for my students' room dance rehearsal on that same Friday and Saturday evening to teach different dance steps which are apala and break-dance, though it has not been that easy to return from the factory and resume for another work despite the stress after work on Friday and Saturday, but I have to, those days I fixed for my students cannot be cancelled because these two days give me Joy, they are full of fun
the way my students crack jokes with their dancing steps, their jokes, and the fun with them makes me put more effort, do more research and deep myself in that teaching aspect, it has always been fun dealing with them, and immediately they are through with their rehearsals, I make them leave because there are several works for me to execute in that late evening which is my music rehearsal too, I have made it compulsory to practice every day, and it should be an obligation as a musician to rehearse every day, it improves music skills
On Sunday, another day of much fun for me, another lovely day that I pay a visit to my family, from my place to my family's place takes an hour and forty-five minutes, before getting down to them depending on how through the road is.
If there is traffic, it will surely take more than an hour and forty-five minutes, so I make sure I take my leave early in the morning so that I wouldn't be stuck on the road because I need to be back in the evening for the next day work.
Though, it's not every Sunday I do the visitation, most times I pay a visit to my God at church for Sunday service while sporadically, I involve myself in online service.
In the past two months, my service towards everyday activities has been changed due to rescheduled of work at my working place, On 24th of May this year, which falls on Wednesday, an announcement was made by my production manager concerning our liquor, he came in, early in the morning, passed information that there would be a change in our work, he said they will be adding hours to our previous working hours which we called over time due to so many customers demand of our herbal dry gin, he made it known to us that during this cold season dry gin has been very demanding by our consumers, so for these reasons and for us to meet the target, we need to work more than we have been working before.
we are told we would be having extra work on Friday and Saturday, Friday work will now be done for eight hours with a one-hour break making nine hours in the company while on Saturday work will commence for six hours and a 30-minute break in between, for all these reasons, I thought of how I can manage this stress, how I will be able to balance everything both the work, home rehearsals, students rehearsals, visitation to family and church as well, all of which are essential, i said to myself, the best way is to reschedule everything.
I do so by telling my students to start resuming at their rehearsal room every Sunday from 1pm to 4pm after church service, while my music rehearsals and home chores are after their rehearsal on Sunday or late Saturday, if possible I am not too stressed out. While the trip to my family was done once in a month, I do go there early and come back on time to rehearse with my students
This is how I have been able to deal with the stress and I have been able to manage it.
