Social inequality is a real-world problem. The rich became richer and the poor became poorer. The way that the world is built nowadays is the cause and capitalism created this problem. For that reason, people started to think about how to create more equal solutions for the equation. One of them is Socialism where there are more equal distributions in theory you wouldn't have the rich and the poor anymore but all of them would have similar levels of resources. But is it possible to modify our current system and for example cap a maximum of earnings per capita and redistribute that?
In my opinion no. Politicians, businessmen and the rich in general will never allow that and also it isn't quite fair to them in my opinion. The system is unfair they are just players of the system. It is the same thinking about a soccer team with a modest average salary in this team, and then a big name that maybe isn't playing like before but is hired by the team. Usually because of the name of this player it will get a better salary. Most of the times the team have players with a better moment but still, they will get less salary. It is fair just to get there and say that everyone will get the same salary? In the current system, it is unfair. Because other teams won't practice that. The star will leave the club and probably the club will also lose some marketing opportunities that a big star name brings.
But then you probably are thinking that I am pro corporations and capitalism in the current state? No. I am just saying in our current world model caping incomes and redistributing it is not fair. There is a very interesting model of socialism that people like to cite which is the Kibbutz, at least in the creation. These are small agricultural communities formed in Israel where everyone had their own work and received food and housing in an equal way. This way the community didn't have rich and poor, but also there wasn't something money and greed for material goods. You have what is enough to live and grow a family while working for the community.
Kibbutz still exist but they were smashed by capitalism and nowadays they changed a lot in how they work, privatization, and all the capitalist "bs" came, since they are located in a capitalist country. Communist countries and governments tried to implement something like that in their state, but inequality still exists between poor and rich again. So what is the solution to that? A world reboot for sure. But for now, until then, we are hostages of people to change their minds and at least donate and help communities in need.
Socialism continues a utopia and there isn't any place that could implement that long-term this type of Idea. Communism isn't the solution for sure since it still brings much inequality like any other current idea. Decentralization of power is a way to reach that and the end of our current Capitalism idea of money and trade will help that. I am not a rich guy, but just adding a roof to a maximum income isn't a solution, and it is impossible to implement. All the system needs to be remodeled to create more fairness.
A desigualdade social é um problema do mundo real. Os ricos ficaram mais ricos e os pobres ficaram mais pobres. A maneira como o mundo é construído hoje em dia é a causa e o capitalismo criou esse problema. Por essa razão, as pessoas começaram a pensar em como criar soluções mais iguais para a equação. Uma delas é o Socialismo, onde há distribuições mais iguais, em teoria você não teria mais os ricos e os pobres, mas todos eles teriam níveis semelhantes de recursos. Mas é possível modificar nosso sistema atual e, por exemplo, limitar um máximo de ganhos per capita e redistribuir isso?
Na minha opinião, não. Políticos, empresários e os ricos em geral nunca permitirão isso e também não é justo com eles, na minha opinião. O sistema é injusto, eles são apenas jogadores do sistema. É o mesmo pensar em um time de futebol com um salário médio modesto neste time, e então um grande nome que talvez não esteja jogando como antes, mas é contratado pelo time. Normalmente, por causa do nome deste jogador, ele receberá um salário melhor. Na maioria das vezes, o time tem jogadores com um momento melhor, mas ainda assim, eles receberão menos salário. É justo chegar lá e dizer que todos receberão o mesmo salário? No sistema atual, é injusto. Porque outros times não praticarão isso. A estrela deixará o clube e provavelmente o clube também perderá algumas oportunidades de marketing que um grande nome de estrela traz.
Mas então você provavelmente está pensando que eu sou a favor de corporações e capitalismo no estado atual? Não. Só estou dizendo que em nosso modelo mundial atual, limitar rendas e redistribuí-las não é justo. Há um modelo muito interessante de socialismo que as pessoas gostam de citar, que é o Kibutz, pelo menos na criação. Essas são pequenas comunidades agrícolas formadas em Israel, onde todos tinham seu próprio trabalho e recebiam comida e moradia de forma igual. Dessa forma, a comunidade não tinha ricos e pobres, mas também não havia dinheiro e ganância por bens materiais. Você tem o suficiente para viver e criar uma família enquanto trabalha para a comunidade.
Os kibutz ainda existem, mas foram destruídos pelo capitalismo e hoje em dia mudaram muito em como funcionam, a privatização e todas as "besteiras" capitalistas vieram, já que estão localizados em um país capitalista. Países e governos comunistas tentaram implementar algo assim em seus estados, mas a desigualdade ainda existe entre pobres e ricos novamente. Então, qual é a solução para isso? Uma reinicialização do mundo, com certeza. Mas por enquanto, até lá, somos reféns de pessoas para mudar de ideia e pelo menos doar e ajudar comunidades necessitadas.
O socialismo continua sendo uma utopia e não há nenhum lugar que possa implementar esse tipo de ideia a longo prazo. O comunismo não é a solução com certeza, pois ainda traz muita desigualdade como qualquer outra ideia atual. A descentralização do poder é uma maneira de chegar lá e o fim da nossa ideia atual de capitalismo de dinheiro e comércio ajudará nisso. Não sou um cara rico, mas apenas adicionar um teto a uma renda máxima não é uma solução e é impossível de implementar. Todo o sistema precisa ser remodelado para criar mais justiça.
