Good day all #hivelearners, this post came late. I want to talk about the crime that was justifiable. There were couples who were living happily. The Name of the husband is Ajayi while the wife is called Alice.
They gave birth to two children, a boy and a girl. Things were moving fine for them, they built their house, and lived fine.
After some years, his business was not moving as usual, he took out a loan from a bank to make his business robust. After he collected the loan, he was duped by someone that he trusted the most. The person took the money, and ran away from him.
When the time elapsed to pay his loan, he could not pay; the bank collected his house which he used as collateral. He moved to a rented apartment with his wife and children. It was very hard to eat at that time, he was trying his best by working in far places. At times, he could spend three or four days before he came back home.
At his new apartment where he rented, there was a man that lived with his wife so much. Her husband was not aware that his wife was having an affair with another man outside.
According to the investigation, the infidel man had a wife and children too. But, he enticed the woman with money
Therefore, the engineer man would come home and see food even when there was no money to give his wife.
Whoever Mr Ajayi asked his wife where she got money to buy food. She always lied that it was her brothers and sisters.
One day Mr Ajayi went as usual to work; and his wife believed he would come back in the next three or four days. He left home early to get to work, and he received a call “ hello Mr Ajayi, something happened in the construction site this morning, the work is closed for today. I will call you back whenever the issue is resolved.”
Mr Ajayi was not happy at all, and he alighted from the bus he boarded. And boarded another bus back to his rented apartment. He forgot to call his wife to tell him that his was coming home.
Since his wife was not expecting anyone and her children were in the school. Without knocking the door, he entered his room by 11:00am, and he met his wife with another man at his bed, making love.
The moment he saw them, the man wanted to run away, and Mr Ajayi grabbed the man, and the man was trying to escape for his life. In the process of trying to grab the man, he punched and pushed the man from a story building, and the man fell from a story building. Before taking the man to the nearest hospital, the man died on their way to hospital.
The case was reported to police; and it was forwarded to the court for judgement.
Despite being responsible for his death, he was justifiable by court. He was set free by court.
In conclusion, the deceased family took the case to another court higher than that. They said they are not okay with the justification of the court.
On the judgement day, the court also set the man free.
That was how the man was justified.
