Hello, it feels nice to be part of a motivating community like Hive. I am glad that I was given the opportunity to be involved in something this huge and I am hopeful that this community will help me grow to my greatest expectations building my network and being inspired by great minds all the way.
About myself
My name is Okafor Akunna, I was born on the 9th of June in Abuja, I hail from Enugu state. I was brought up in Ibadan. Currently, I am an undergraduate student in the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) studying medical radiography.
I am a fashion designer and tailor. I am also a hairdresser and I bake a little.
I love reading books, watching k-drama and horror movies. I love gazing at stars, I love the great indoors, I love poetry and I love writing.
Why join Hive?
I want to be a part of the Hive community because I found in it, the opportunity for an introverted person like me to be able to express myself and share my value to the world and do so comfortably in my space.
I love the idea of building my network with people that would share similar interests with me, add value to my life, inspire and motivate me to my greatest potential.
How I joined Hive?
Hive was introduced to me by a friend of mine @ksam, who saw the passion I had for writing and saw how difficult it was for me to express my love to everyone and he told me of the Hive platform that would help me grow and interact with people and become better in my niche.
What I learnt
I have learnt some great things about Hive, Hive's do's and don'ts, how best to fit into the Hive Ecosystem, as well as the importance of engagement and building my network.
I am really happy to be here on Hive, and I look forward to enjoying this exhilarating experience with you.
