Doing Workouts for Mental Wellness
Most of the time when I think I'm starting to overthink or taking stress about something than I just do some workout.
Honestly, the moment when I start doing workout it's like the only thing I've going on in mind, ain't got no problems in life, fully focused one thing and preparing for a better outcome.
I believe change of an environment is necessary if not Gym than at home or probably going out for long walk all of these are good for one's mental health.
Making Conversations in Family Gathering
Family Gathering is all fun and Good until someone starts to talk about you like what's your goal etc etc that's when I leave that gathering or change the whole direction of topic by bringing something else.
I spend most of my time on smartphone screen reading this, scrolling whole time but always leave it for a while to join the family gathering as it is important and mind gets totally refresh.
Some of those conversations are enjoyable and bring good laughs. I personally believe family can bring a lot of peace in your life from actions or with talks.
Sometimes our minds need to listen something calming, chill or different. For me, Music is kind of a dose that can change mood like a magic.
Believe me or not, if you're listening a sad song like heartbreak or something than it could easily make you feel sad even though if you never had a heartbreak.
They're mostly relateable or good time pass. My playlist is mostly for workout; Eminem or weekend and some random music.
Sometimes our environment is toxic or negative enough to ruin own mental health that's why we gotta stay in positive environment.
Like having a company of someone who talk positive or give positive vibes is like way better for you than the one talking negative whole time.
That's how environment is being created depends on who we sit with, friends or persons we interact with in our daily life. What we listen or hear, ignore and take action all of these does matter actually.
Sometimes we hear this person said this about me and it left you in thinking can ruin your day if you think too much about it but simply avoiding or ignoring what other people think about you is how I avoid the chaos in this society.
Wrapping up...
our mental health should be in own control and events or situation happens in life does impact it or make you sad but we can overcome it when you see things differently.
Adapt what is better for you, listen to heart and being positive is one way I see.
