Taking stress ain't a healthy habit since it comes with headache and doesn't solve your problem at all.
Honestly, one thing i can say is most of the part of my life is like spent taking stress due to problem or situations I've been gone through after all these years.
Everyday Stress is a Constant Thing in Life
There's a saying I heard from old people here "people who take stress their hair on head turn white quickly" and most of my hair on head is already white while natural color is black.
The stress is like increasing as the day's goes on and on about career, future and things I'm doing not bringing the outcome I want and no changes in life yet is one of the main reason.
I gotta say the year I was most happy and confident was back in 2021... It's like the only year I remember being that happy in my life and than next year arrived, God has written a downfall I'm still trying to get over with it.
Knowing the reality of life is like a coin; one side represent good days, one side of coin represent bad or ugly one's. We gotta believe and just try to flip it to brighter one..this thing gives me some hope and I just spend my time doing hustles and grind to bring a positive change.
The thing is stress in everyday life is constant and is constantly changing over the time.
Everyday stress includes responsibilities I've on my shoulders like meeting family expectations, own needs or stuff. Don't wanna dissapoint myself nor parents. There comes unexpected expenses which give stress and it's all connected with financial status and money. So, yea.. I can't believe how some people can say money can't buy happiness but well anyway it is what it is.
How I Handle Everyday Stress
The thing that help me relieve stress is by making myself busy with in real life work or stuff I do to avoid overthinking as it leads to stress eventually.
So, for an outcome I stay as much as positive I can.. believing in things will get better eventually and just keep going on with life doing hardwork is the way.
Building Patience plays a major role to avoid stress situations and for that I have my internet as perfect example of most recent stress; nowadays since I'm in hometown network is bad here and internet doesn't work fast... It's more like 2G, so each and every app I open, video I play it buffer and lags causing trouble for some pending work.
Kind of a stress but easiest way to get rid off it is just looking at the positive side I have reduced screentime and started spending more time with family and touching grass on regular basis.
Wrapping Up...
In the end, I believe stress could works as a source of your motivation or will you needed to continue and keep going...just like me I've multiple responsibilities and stress comes when I think how I'm supposed to manage.
The process I figure it out, have to work, go on a job and meet all those expectations at the end is totally worth it.
I guess you've got my point of view and will love to know your thoughts on this in comments.
