There are different emotional states, some involve mental well being and another involves unpleasant well-being all because of unfair situations.
Both naturally occur but for different reasons, one for satisfaction and the other for natural threat.
Anger is a natural type of emotion that surfaces when frustration or threat comes in and indirectly make us do unreasonable things.
It can be expressed by the destruction of things or throwing of physical fist.
Sometimes we get driven by anger and get lost in wrath, this comes with bad repercussions and doing things we regret.
We must control our emotions and stop them from taking over us.
Anger has more negative effects compared to other emotions, as stress and anxiety help us to work at high levels and gasyer.so anger has valuable qualities of its own some of it is.
SURVIVAL RESPONSE
Our natural response to defend against threat, danger and aggression is anger.
Whenever we get driven beyond our endurance range, anger is automatically activated to protect and prevent us from breaking
it can be tagged as our survival response to threats and unfair situations.
Anger can be seen as guidance
MOTIVATIONAL RESPONSE
We get angry when things that are supposed to be in place are not in place.
Anger serves as a motivation that triggers solutions to problems and obstructions
it can be tagged as a motivational response to get things done.
INJUSTICE INDICATOR
Anger surfaces when injustice, exploitation, and denial of right occurs. which serve as an indicator to indicate when things are not right.
Anger like this help earn better treatment and can be tagged as an injustice indicator.
Anger can be a reason for self-development, when we realize what makes us angry and take the negative part of us, we get to work on them and make wise use for a better quality of life.
