We don't just break down all of a sudden or get seriously ill, we do it bit by bit and over time till we eventually get to the breaking point.

It might look all of a sudden but the truth is it took time before it did manifest, the body will always show signs but ignorance won't allow us to notice.
Breakdown only appears when we give no attention to what going on

Ignoring those little signs and early warnings only come back to a breakdown in the body.

We snatch rest and ignore the activities that can give us longevity, good health, and peace all because we believe we are behind time and other things are of great value than self-care.

With how we go with our daily activities we tell ourselves there's not enough time, enough time to eat properly and enough time to have rest which I disagree with.

Time will not wait for anyone though but a shift in values to our health will help us prioritize our health @bruno-kema
also, address issues like this about time in a post titled BALANCE
where he talked about how his day has been with no rest or physical activity( exercise)that he could not differentiate work time from family time and pain from not having enough rest made him put balance in his work and so far it has been working fine for him

He now has time to rest, work, take a nap and for physical activity which now help him stay healthy and enjoy self-care.

A moment of tranquility is needed, a moment of calm to help reduce the stress and tension of the day, a peaceful place to abide before the hustle and bustle of the world takes place

Have time to sit quietly and take a deep breath to get balance yourself, have time to eat a home-cooked meal that is been prepared with love and passion then you see how the content can nourish the body and also give benefit to the mind

self-care is never time-consuming, it can be fast and quick as having just five minutes of quiet time to get balance yourself from world noise and taking a short nap.

Stress only deprives good health, there's nothing good about stress.

Give the body that sleep, that attention, and rest then there's a high tendency of peace of mind
