Where fair trial is not instituted where the guilt of the person to be judged is not ascertained before trial. In fact, it is not seen whether he has committed a crime or not. In fact, it is not seen whether the crime was committed by him or by someone else. In fact, the people of this world are very cruel.
We've all heard stories about crime at one time or another. Criminal acts happen almost every day. There are many cases where someone commits a crime but the blame for that crime is placed on someone else and he receives the punishment for that crime. But he did not commit the crime yet he has to be punished for this crime because there was no proper trial for which he has to be punished for this crime. Our law has weakened to such an extent that the perpetrators are not caught and the others are made criminals. There are some crimes that if you find out the reason behind it, you will lose faith in the law. Then you would think that if there were no laws in this country they might be able to live freely. There are crimes that people don't think are crimes they ignore. But those crimes become huge one day as small crimes turn into big crimes.
Now the truth is that even after a crime is committed, people do not stop that crime. We don't understand what the law will do when someone commits a crime. We should understand that without jumping to conclusions about a crime or when a crime is committed, before judging the person for the crime, we must always keep in mind how serious the crime is, whether it was committed by the criminal or by someone else. I start judging without thinking anything. We never try to understand the person who commits the crime why he commits the crime or what is the motive for committing the crime and why he commits it. Sometimes people commit crimes for the right reasons; This may not preclude it from being called a crime, but the reason for committing such a crime may actually be justified. Can some crimes be considered justified?
There are some crimes that people do not commit but are forced to commit them. He wishes he would not commit this crime but he is put under extra pressure to commit this crime so if he is punished for this crime then will it be a fair punishment. Actually we don't try to understand what was his motive behind committing this crime. We only understand that he who committed the crime should be punished. But we need to know why he committed the crime. We punish them without knowing it, and even if he has not committed the crime, he becomes a participant in the crime. Some crimes are very painful because there are many who are victims of crime without committing the crime. He did not commit a crime but he became a victim of crime. Some crimes I consider to be justifiable, like if I see one of my friends being beaten up by some people, I will not stand there anymore, I will start fighting them and beat them up a lot. I will not consider that crime as a crime because I killed him because he was hitting my friend which is not a crime. Those who commit crimes in self-defense are not crimes. Shall we be justified because he committed the crime in self-defence without any other evil motive? Doing so will not be considered a crime. Sometimes people commit crimes for the right reasons, although this does not stop it from being called a crime, but it is somewhat justified because of the motive behind it.
