Desi Blend of Chicken Chilli Dry 🌶️

in #hive-1538503 months ago

Hey hive fellows.

Today i tried a desi chinese recipe like it is a chinese dish but with a desi blend. Actually i really like Chicken chilli dry but my siblings like it with sauce so i mix two different recipes.
Lets delve into details of my Desi Chilli dry.

INGREDIENTS

Boneless ChickenSoya sauceOyster sauce
Chilli sauceTomato ketchup
Chicken powderGingerGarlic paste
ChilliOnion

PROCEDURE

• Chicken marination

To make chili dry, the chicken is first marinated and then fried.

For the marination, I took the chicken and added a well-whisked egg to it.

Then, I added some spices, including black pepper, salt, and a little chili flakes.

After adding the spices, I also mixed in some corn flour and let it set for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, I fried the marinated chicken well, and it turned out to be very tender and juicy.

• Preparing Sauce

After frying the chicken, I prepared the sauce.

First, I took the necessary amount of water in a bowl and then started adding the ingredients. I first added soy sauce.
After adding the soy sauce, I added the required amount of oyster sauce.

Then i added some amount of black pepper into the mixture.

Next, it was time to add the chili sauce. Since I don't prefer very spicy food, I only added a small amount of chili sauce.

After that, I added tomato ketchup. You can also use tomato purée instead of ketchup.

Then for taste purposes i added somw amount of chicken powder into it and whisk it well to avoid lumps.

• Blending of sauce, chicken and vegetables

I took a pan and added little amount of cooking oil into it.

Afrer pregeating the oil i added ginger garlic paste and let it cook for some time.

Then i added some onions into the it and fry it until it gets light brown.

After onions i added green chilli into it as it is the most important ingredient.

After cooking the veggies well i added the whisked sauce into it and cook it properly.

When it started changing its consistency i added chicken into it.

I cooked it properly in low flame until the sauce gets thickened and mix well with other ingredients.

After sometime it gets ready and then i sprinkle ginger on it to give it an enhanced look.

I have it with fried rice and it tastes so delicious and that is why i ate it twice.
So people give it a try . It’s worth eating and doesnot take much time.
See you on next blog.
Take care
