Maximum earning limit is an unrealistic thought

Money is the most important thing for everyone, and all of us are chasing the money desperately. Some are chasing the money for a standard lifestyle, and some are chasing the money for a luxurious lifestyle. It doesn't matter in which position we are; we are designed to chase money. Poor people want to be rich, and rich people want to be richer. That's the reason everyone wants to earn more, and the desire to earn money is a continuous process that will never end, as human desire never ends.

We work to earn money, and in the workplace, there exist some positions. Based on the position, the salary is different. The higher the position, the higher the salary, and in the top position, one receives the maximum salary in a company. But it doesn't mean it's the maximum earning of one because one can have multiple money-generating ways based on their talents, skills, and abilities.

As an example, we can take Elon Musk. He earns so much money in a minute that is difficult to earn by a thousand people combinely even in the entire month. Is it injustice? Do you think it would be better if there were a maximum earning limit for each person? Does it bring equality to the world? Or it can bring any positive output? Let's discuss it.

Just imagine that there is a limit to maximum earning. In such a situation, do you think Elon Musk would be able to build Tesla and Space X? The answer is no because where would he get the money if there were a maximum limit? And if there was no space X, then do you think he could continue so many experiments related to space? Till now, nobody could replace him. Don't you think we would miss many things if he wasn't allowed to earn limitless money? It's the same for other rich men also. After reaching a certain position rich people would make a full stop because they would know they can't gain anything after that. Why would anyone make any effort for a thing without any gain?

They are not stealing or snatching the money from others, and they are earning because they can make it. Even if there were an earning limit, others means poor people wouldn't benefit from it. They can't make money because they are unable to do it. They have lack of ability to make it, and that's the reason they are poor. Maybe it sounds harsh, but it's the reality.

Still, I would love to describe what would happen if those people (poor people) could earn the money. You would think that equality would be established. Are you sure? I don't think so. It's because if there was a limit, then each person would touch the maximum earning limit, and it would be just a matter of time, and after a certain time, each person's earnings would be the same. Just imagine a farmer's earnings and Elon Musk's earnings would be the same. In such a situation, farmers might stop cultivating land because they would also be in the same position as Elon Mask. In such a situation, there will be no employee and no boss, and everyone would need to do everything for themselves, which is unrealistic. Can you imagine the situation?

Setting a limit can only restrict the rich people from making things better, as they have the ability. At the same time, it doesn't create any opportunity for the poor. So why need such a system where there is no benefit? I am leaving the question for you.

We shouldn't always talk about whether it's fair for Elon Musk to earn so much money and whether it makes sense to have a cap.
Health, happiness and love should be the currencies that define us.

Setting a earning limit is an unrealistic matter and I think it's not even a matter for discussions.

It's such an unrealistic situation that cannot happen. When everyone become rich, who will be at the market selling goods or who will come to another for help. Life won't make sense that way too as there wouldn't be bond formed too as everyone would feel okay at their own lane.

Hehe. It's unrealistic but it's surprising that some people are supporting it. Whatever, everyone is free to share their own opinion.
