Hi Hive Lovers
This is the second article about tips for consistently making posts and publishing them regularly, aimed at those of you who are having problems or don't know where to start to write something.
Those of you who are interested in discussing how to get inspiration for post content can find it again in the post I just shared yesterday, Part 1.
Prepare writing
Basic principles
In general, to write something, you only need to use the 5W1H formula. You only need to explain "What, Who, When, Where, Why, and How." You are just describing it, and you must have understood it very well.
If you like to write, then you have to prepare an interesting and original piece of writing yourself. Isn't all plagiarism a violation and strictly prohibited?
If you really need to quote something, then you must include the source of the quotation. It goes without exception, and it's a basic rule of community!
Original, interesting, and quality writing
Your writing or speech (in a video) is the content of the thoughts that you write or say, so it will reflect your character. So create original, interesting, and high-quality writing or submissions.
Original
You should really write something original and your own. The unauthenticity of a post can always be caught by the many spies here, and you will quickly get a warning from them because of it.Interesting
A mediocre piece of content will not attract the attention of others. So, you have to pack it with an interesting delivery and present interesting supporting data as well.
In content traffic, you can find a post with content that you think is mediocre, but because it is delivered in such an interesting way, it gets a lot of appreciation. On the other hand, there are posts whose content is unique and rare (I mean, something that is rarely found), but because the presentation is not interesting, the post just goes away.Quality
In my opinion, the quality of posts is something that can have a positive influence and change someone's life. Your post will be useful for others and will give birth to many new inspirations for many people.
Your post will make a difference, and that means people will move on to a better life for themselves.
Prepare supporting documentation.
When you have gotten inspiration for your post content (as discussed in Part 1) and you have prepared a post concept (as discussed above), then you need to prepare supporting data related to your content. Your supporting data can be anything, be it in the form of sketches, designs, graphics, paintings, or others.
Data to support a post that is most widely used in this community is in the form of documentation from photography or videography.
The photos or videos you upload should be the ones you took yourself. People will value your own work more than someone else's, even if you include the source of the quote.
The photos or videos that you display must also adhere to the rules of photography and videography. For example, you should always pay attention to lighting or a good and correct shooting angle.
If you display more than one photo in one of your posts, then choose the photo that you think is the most interesting and of the highest quality for you to display first and that will represent the main point of your post.
Starting with the supporting data or with the post-concept?
Many people prepare a post concept first, then look for photos for their article. However, there are also many people who prepare photos or other supporting data first, then make a post concept. It's the same. In my opinion, the best one is the one that is the most fun for you.
Use the tools provided.
To make your post more attention-grabbing and more interesting to continue reading, you need to maximize the use of some of the tools that have been provided.
You can easily find them when you are about to create a post, and you will be able to review them before actually publishing your post.
Making things bold, italicized, increasing or decreasing the size of your writing, adding links, creating numbering, creating tables, adding emojis, and so on are some of the available tools.
Some of these tools will alter the appearance of your writing so that it does not appear monotonous and boring to read. as well as to provide some separation, emphasis, and other important things that you think need to be conveyed to your readers.
Just let everything flow as it is when you write a draft or a version of your writing. If you feel the need to fix it, So read it again from the beginning and correct some of the parts that you think should be fixed.
Keep writing and posting. One day, if you have consistently done it, you will be surprised because you will have reached a point where it excites you to write.
