Well, if there is an award for mobile users. I will be the winner. How? Because i use mobile whole day. I rely on mobile phone. It is the one of the biggest addiction for me. What i do while using mobile? Well that is simple. I lay down on my bed. Put my blanket on. Made my bed more comfortable and easy. Then starts scrolling instagram and tik tok. These are my favourite apps. I never get bore while using them.
Umm now my habits are bit different, but my love for them is still same.
Whenever i got free time. I started using them. Or you can simply say i am free all the time. Ahan just kidding i am a student. I have alot of things to do. Making assignments, preaparing presentations, in which this tool help me so much. When there is a confusion between topic. I google it, and it will be solved quickly. Like within a blink. It feels like a magic. Magic of internet. Magic of google. Magic of screen.
Excessive use of mobile
Past 5 months when i was free, i did not get addmision in university.My screen time was on its peek. It started touching sky. Even though my mobile phone started saying oh maliha have some mercy on me. I am a simple creature of man. Please have some break. I need some personal space too. I have my personal life too. Where is my privacy maliha? You are my honour and i have to tell you about my privacy. I feel ashamed but i used it more and more.

Hahah bruh mobile is my favourite. How could i leave it alone? Mobile is like a soul for me. When its battery is dead. I feel like my whole life is stuck. There is nothing to do.
How to overcome this addiction
Well i am also working on it, that how to overcome on my addiction and there is a solution. It is fruitfull. You will thanks me. Use mobile less. Yes you are going to say. We know there is an only soultion that " use mobile less" but what should we do instead? Wait wait wait i'll tell you more.
We have so much pretty faces in our house. Our loved ones. Ou parents, sister, brother, our grandparents. Whose eyes got a shine after a single view of our face. Yes i have habit that i did not remove myself from my bed day and night. They always told me to come and talk with us. Play with us. Kids always want me to play with them, to spend a but of time with them. So i am doing this.
This technique is healthy. It brings happiness into your face and into you family face too. They will definely think. Is that sun rise from a wrong side? Or sun forgot to rise. While living in hostel i spend my most of time with mu roomate bazigah and asma. Yes i am using the mobile but not like those previous days. This trick helped me.
