hey! What is an adventure without a little bit of spiciness in it? 🤸
Don't you also wonder how possible?!
I want to throw a book in the air and see it hang there.
My body craves to know how it feels to leave this world without actually leaving this world.
It looks blue, calm, pretty and tiny, yet sends down powerful rays covering the whole earth.
Sometimes it's fully round, sometimes a like a sickle, other times it's like an average size. Does it look different in there when it changes it's shape? 🤔
All these and more ran through my mind as the nine year old me stared at the pretty creature sitting or perhaps hanging up there (because what is it sitting on?).
Does it have different sections like the earth here or since it looks like a round figure up there, is everything all smooth and round in there. Who knows? Except those who have been there.
Where does the moon go during the day, does it go hide somewhere? Where does the sun go at night? Does it truly have eyes and when it closes it's eyes, it stops shinning?
How do they even enter the moon? Do they only go in the night, or if they go during the day, where will they see it? Where does it live? How will they enter it? Who knows, except those who have been there.
I thought it was just a hard round silver ball extracting light from the sun and shinning it at night. I never knew the moon as a place that could be entered and since I knew, I always wondered how it will be.
WHY THE MOON
Well, why not the moon? I'm so curious to know how life in the moon will be.
Since we were taught about astronauts in school, it made me glad that humans can enter and explore the moon.
I got more curious when I heard there's no gravity in the moon, I want to throw things up and see them hang up there 😱
What amuses me about the moon
- No gravity. So if I throw anything into the air, it will float, what a whao! 😂
- What the floor is like. Does it have sand or what exactly is on its floor?
- I wonder if earth is the only habitable space for man or maybe we can explore other places like the moon. 🌝 🌙
- How does it feel standing in a space that orbits without revolving like the earth, will I feel the difference when I come back to planet earth?
As the saying goes "experience is the best teacher", all my questions will be best answered only of I can take a journey into the moon.
But I didn't have the means to go to the moon, so I went to the internet and typed all my questions, I got awesome answers that facinated my imagination.
I realised the sun doesn't go anywhere, it's always there, it's the earth that rotating and revolving round the sun.
I also realised that moon is orbiting round the earth and that's why it looks like it's changing its shape.
I would love to explore the moon and see if it's a place humans can just go and have some vacations or even newly weds have honeymoon there.
Honeymoon in the moon will be cool, won't it? 😉
You see, I'm surprised when my friends talk about going to the space or moon and they are scared. Yeah, it can be a little scary because it sounds so different and kind of risky, but hey! What is an adventure without a little bit of spiciness in it? 😂
So, if I get an opportunity to go to the moon, you're coming with me?
