It could be said that we spend more active time with our work colleagues than with our families, and having a place that is comfortable in many ways is something that reduces our daily stress. However, luck is not always in our favor, and going through bad companies is part of life. On the other hand, there are places we can call our second home.
I recently completed a month in my new job and I can say that I'm very happy there. Even with such a short time, I've noticed a few things that have made me very satisfied. First of all, one of the things that struck me was the welcome, having colleagues who open their arms to welcome you is comforting. I felt very welcome there. I realized that it's a very humanized company and, even in training, which is an interesting part, I feel that I've come to the right place.
Well, there are three main points that I take into consideration when working for a company. The first is salary and the possibility of promotion. Obviously, people are looking for good pay and opportunities. The second point is the environment: it's important to be in a place where you feel good. The third, but no less important, is the distance between work and home, as well as commuting time. This has a big impact on routine and we know that time is precious for everyone.
The three pillars mentioned above are positively present in my work and I believe that these are very valuable benefits. I earn a good salary, as well as other financial benefits, health insurance, dental insurance, etc. I also have other opportunities to increase my earnings when I hit monthly targets, as well as a share in the company's profits, which is great. There are many open doors for promotion and I know that, over time and within my capabilities, there are good possibilities for growth.
Apart from the financial side, as I mentioned before, the company environment is welcoming and I feel comfortable working there. However, after undergoing the training, I will be working from home, which brings us to the third pillar: distance. The company is not far from my home, I walk there every day and I don't spend more than 20 minutes, which would be great. But it will be even better when I'm working from home. So I can say that, based on these three points, the benefits are great and have exceeded my expectations.
Time is very precious and another benefit of my job is the workload. After the training period, I'll only be working 7 hours a day from Monday to Friday. I'm very happy about this, as college and other obligations take up a lot of my time. Knowing that I'll be able to balance everything was great news.
Well, given so many benefits, it would be difficult for me to give up my job, even if I lost some of them. Perhaps what would impact me the most is the workload. As I said before, I have a lot of obligations and spending more time than I should at work and not having time for my projects and obligations would be something I'd have to rethink. I think it's very difficult for something like this to happen, given that this is a serious company that is committed to its employees, but if it did, it would shake me up.

No entanto, nem sempre a sorte está a nosso favor, e passar por empresas ruins faz parte da vida. Por outro lado, existem lugares que podemos chamar de segundo lar.
Recentemente, completei um mês no meu novo trabalho e posso dizer que estou muito feliz ali. Mesmo com tão pouco tempo, notei algumas coisas que me deixaram muito satisfeito. Inicialmente, uma das coisas que me chamaram a atenção foi a recepção, ter colegas que abrem os braços para te receber é algo reconfortante. Senti-me muito acolhido nesse lugar. Percebi que é uma empresa muito humanizada e, mesmo no treinamento, que está sendo uma parte interessante, sinto que cheguei ao lugar certo.
Bem, existem três pontos principais que levo em consideração para trabalhar em uma empresa. O primeiro é o salário e a possibilidade de promoção. Obviamente, as pessoas buscam uma boa remuneração e oportunidades. O segundo ponto é o ambiente: é importante estar em um lugar onde se sinta bem. O terceiro, mas não menos importante, é a distância entre o trabalho e sua casa, bem como o tempo de deslocamento, isso tem um grande impacto na rotina e sabemos que o tempo é precioso para todos.
Os três pilares citados acima estão presentes de forma positiva no meu trabalho e acredito que esses são benefícios muito valiosos. Eu ganho um salário legal, além de outros benefícios financeiros, além de plano de saúde, odontológico, etc. Também tenho outras possibilidades de aumentar meus ganhos quando bato as metas mensais, além de participação nos lucros da empresa, o que é ótimo. Existem muitas portas abertas para promoção e sei que, com o tempo e dentro das minhas capacidades, há boas possibilidades de crescimento.
Além da parte financeira, como citei antes, o ambiente da empresa é acolhedor e me sinto bem trabalhando lá. No entanto, depois de passar pelo treinamento, irei trabalhar de home office, o que nos leva ao terceiro pilar: a distância. A empresa não fica longe da minha casa, faço o percurso a pé todos os dias e não gasto mais de 20 minutos, o que já seria excelente. Mas ficará ainda melhor quando eu estiver trabalhando de casa. Então, posso dizer que, baseando-me nesses três pontos, os benefícios são ótimos e superaram as minhas expectativas.
O tempo é algo muito precioso e outro benefício desse meu trabalho é a carga horária. Depois do período de treinamento, trabalharei de segunda a sexta-feira apenas 7 horas por dia. Isso me deixou muito contente, pois a faculdade e outras obrigações tomam muito do meu tempo. Saber que vou conseguir conciliar tudo foi uma ótima notícia.
Bem, diante de tantos benefícios, seria difícil eu largar o meu trabalho, mesmo que perdesse algum deles. Talvez o que mais poderia me impactar seria a carga horária. Como disse antes, tenho muitas obrigações e ficar mais tempo do que deveria no trabalho e não ter tempo para meus projetos e obrigações seria algo que me faria repensar. Acho bem difícil algo do tipo acontecer, visto que essa é uma empresa séria e comprometida com seus colaboradores, mas se isso acontecesse, me faria balançar.
