We can look at capitalism as an economic model that works. If a person wants to become an entrepreneur or look for extra income, they are free and have the doors of opportunity open to them to try and, through their efforts, improve their financial condition. Capitalism may be unfair in some respects, but it is the model that works best today. If someone is dissatisfied, they should look for new ways. There have been other models that have been tried, and we know that they haven't worked. The reality is that the majority of the population lives in misery, while a small percentage lives as well as possible, no different from capitalism. Does capitalism have its downsides? Yes, it does. Inequality is a part of it, but if you look at the system, the opportunities are there for anyone who wants to try to improve their life.
I don't believe there should be some kind of limit on earnings, but rather a way of balancing things out, with projects that can create opportunities for all people to improve their lives, especially those most in need, who live on the outskirts, where the doors are usually closed to opportunities. Placing a limit would mean slowing down the economy, setting back the progress of humanity and having a direct impact on the economy. And if that happens, we know that the poorest people will suffer the most.
I can't say that it's unfair that a small percentage are richer than the rest of us and hold a large part of the world's money. If this happened, it was through merit, planning and the pursuit of success and wealth. Ordinary people, for the most part, don't seek this. So why would they be complaining about not being rich? I'm sure that those who want to be rich and chase their dreams will achieve financial independence one day, even if the conditions aren't the best. So, before trying any financial balance solution, it's important to understand the mentality of most people, who only think about today, don't invest, don't professionalize and don't seek a successful career. They prefer to waste their time on social networks or on frivolous things. Why should we provide better conditions for people like that?
Opportunities should be created so that everyone can have access to them, but accessibility is different from handing something to those who don't seek it. Therefore, I believe that those who have great fortunes today have worked hard for it and deserve what they have. I'm not going to dramatize the lives of people who are poor, but I'm not going to say that they deserve poverty either. I believe that if anything can be changed, it must be through the inclusion of opportunities so that everyone has access to them. Only then can something change, and the balance will become more real and less contrasting.

Não posso dizer que é injusto que uma pequena porcentagem seja mais rica do que todos nós e detenha boa parte do dinheiro mundial. Se isso aconteceu, foi por mérito, planejamento e busca por sucesso e riqueza. As pessoas comuns, em sua maioria, não buscam isso. Então, por que estariam reclamando de não serem ricas? Tenho certeza de que aqueles que buscam ser ricos e correm atrás de seus sonhos, uma hora vão conseguir alcançar a independência financeira, mesmo que as condições não sejam as melhores. Então, antes de tentar qualquer solução de equilíbrio financeiro, é importante entender a mentalidade da maioria das pessoas, que apenas pensam no hoje, não investem, não se profissionalizam e não buscam uma carreira de sucesso. Elas preferem perder tempo em redes sociais ou com coisas fúteis. Por que deveríamos entregar condições melhores para pessoas assim?
