I do say most times that those that live in Lagos Nigeria are really doing their best to survive from lots of noise,air and water pollution.
Surviving that sweet city of Lagos a day is an achievement to talk about.
I thought lagos was the only place whereby one get bumped into an unnecessary traffic jam spending hours and at the end of the whole traffic.The cause is nothing but just bunch of silly Lagos commercial drivers trying to drive smart.
Me growing in the city of Lagos made me feel traffic jam is something usual.if one move in the city of Lagos without encountering one or two traffic then it a miracle.This content will make me share a true life story of one of my Lagos traffic jam.
If I am not mistaken, there was this day myself and brother was driving out to get basics in the city of lagos.we left the house noon time because it was not a Long distance and what we are to get is already in place.We just want to go pick it up.
We set out and was heading towards abule egba Lagos from the inside of ekoro road.Although there was no traffic while driving out but as soon as we get on the abule egba bridge axis,we eventually got stuck in the traffic.It was a non movement thing to the extent that people put off their car engines and lower their Window glass in other for fresh air to set in.While some people are trying to Make a reverse out of the traffic and eventually blocked everyone..
We where there for hours and also running late for the pick up.Myself and brother started getting frustrated and hittted up.We could not turn back and neither could we move forward.
It was on Like that till a vehicle behind trying to reverse hit our vehicle from behind and the car body was dent in.
Oh God!!! , this became serious and Frustrating.The owner of the vehicle came down and was still trying to act on his right like we moved backward or something.
The whole scenario became noisy making people gather.After lots of people's opinion the man accepted his misbehavior and apologized.
My brother also made the whole thing sly and we all at peace.Few minutes after the chaos, Lagos traffic warders came around and started passing vehicles one after the other.Although it was time consuming but we came out of the traffic and headed back home Like we went on traffic tour.
It was really frustrating and annoying,but it all died down after a night rest and a plait of fried rice we got ourselves while heading back home from the traffic.
