Hi hive learners, hope you all are enjoying your weekend. The weekend is very hectic, especially for wives or mothers. As they have to do double work. Every time somebody has to eat something because it's a holiday. As a mother and wife, I also have to fulfil their desires.

Today, our friends decided to do one dish party. Kids are along us. We decided to make dishes according to their choice. They love to eat fries, macaroni, cakes, fractions of chocolate,sandwiches, Russian salad and kababs. We disseminated these things. Everyone has to make two dishes. My dishes are baking cake and Russian salad. At every event I gather my foremost duty is to bake cake. Everyone likes to eat it. They often call me a home chef.
I baked that cake. Everyone like to eat this cake. That was my first trial. Especially kids like it very much. They come again and again to eat spegaties or cake. Everything was cooked very well. We enjoyed a lot. U Ty was a long time after 7 months we get together and had great time with each other. Although our kids come again and again. We were thinking that we are their to solve their dispute. 😊😊😊

So, Let's move to the recipe.

  • Ingredients

  • Dry ingredients

All purpose flour. 100 gram
Almond powder. 25 gram
Baking powder. 4 gram
Salt. 1 pinch

Eggs. 3 pieces
Caster sugar. 125 gram
Oil. 125 gram

  • Procedure

In a large bowl, add caster sugar and oil. Mix it well
After it becomes foamy add one egg. Whisk it very well.
Now add another egg mix…
Add the last egg too. Mix it well. Become foamy in texture.

Add all dry ingredients into egg mixture.
Mould it with the help of a spatula.
Now grease the baking tray. Put some almonds on its base. Spread cake batter into it.
Baking
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°c.
Bake it for 30 minutes.

Decoration
The decoration came with the help of glaze. Do glazing on the cake. Sprinkle crushed almonds on it.
It's ready to serve.

It's enough for 6 to 7 persons

Hoy, nuestros amigos decidieron hacer una fiesta de platos. Los niños nos acompañan. Decidimos hacer platos de acuerdo a su elección. Les encanta comer patatas fritas, macarrones, pasteles, fracciones de chocolate, sándwiches, ensalada rusa y kababs. Difundimos estas cosas. Cada uno tiene que hacer dos platos. Mis platos son la tarta y la ensalada rusa. En cada evento que me reúno mi principal deber es hornear pastel. A todo el mundo le gusta comerlo. A menudo me llaman "chef casero".
Yo horneé ese pastel. A todos les gusta comer ese pastel. Esa fue mi primera prueba. Especialmente a los niños les gusta mucho. Vienen una y otra vez a comer spegaties o pastel. Todo estaba muy bien cocinado. Disfrutamos mucho. U Ty fue un largo tiempo después de 7 meses nos reunimos y tenía un gran tiempo con los demás. Aunque nuestros hijos vienen una y otra vez. Entonces, pasemos a la receta.

Harina para todo uso. 100 gramos
Almendra en polvo. 25 gramos
Polvo de hornear. 4 gramos
Sal. 1 pizca

Huevos. 3 piezas
Azúcar glas. 125 gramos
Aceite. 125 gramos

  • Procedimiento

En un bol grande, añade el azúcar glas y el aceite. Mezclar bien.
Después de que se vuelva espumoso añadir un huevo. Bátelo muy bien.
Ahora añade otra mezcla de huevos...
Añade también el último huevo. Mezclar bien. Que se convierta en una textura espumosa.

Añadir todos los ingredientes secos a la mezcla de huevos.
Moldear con la ayuda de una espátula.
Ahora engrasa la bandeja de horno. Poner algunas almendras en su base. Esparce la masa del pastel en ella.
Horneado
Hornea el pastel en un horno precalentado a 180°c.
Hornéalo durante 30 minutos.

Decoración
La decoración viene con la ayuda del glaseado. Haz el glaseado sobre el pastel. Espolvorea las almendras trituradas sobre ella.
Está listo para servir.

Yes,it was my first experience to make almond cake. It was Very yummy. Kids enjoyed it alot. Was finished with in some time .
