Don't worry; be happy. You know, as a man, you have no choice but to worry about lots of things. Especially when you have the mindset of making it so big. You think about your life, how everything is going to be better, and so on. Life is different for everyone, and in one way or another, we are all facing challenges.
If you were born in my country, I'm pretty sure you have a problem. Because why won't you have a problem in one way or another? Is it the economy factor or the money that's not in circulation, or is it the graduates that are unemployed that we want to talk about? I mean, there's nothing right in my country; everything is just left. All these alone are what I think about all the time.
So recently, I got to know I'm doing too much, which is going a long way toward affecting me. I was doing too much, which affected my sleep; that's where it all started. I mean, I couldn't even sleep on time and be online looking for different ways to make it big. Obviously, that's really bad. It's so good to have good sleep for eight hours, but I rarely even sleep for three hours in the night, sometimes just two hours. There was a time when I did not even sleep at all. This continues like that, night after night. And here is what happened. My daily activities got affected, and I'm always the dull one during the daily activities. My eyes are always red, like I'm sad, and it's all written in my face that I'm troubled.
Well, people get to know how and what is happening, and people keep asking what is going on all the time. I forgot to know that it's not by sleeping at night. You can still make it big during the day. Meanwhile, good sleep will make the brain function well and be very active. But when the brain doesn't rest well at night, it will be so difficult for it to be so active during the day. I'm still very young and having trouble with my sleep and insomnia.
You know that moment when you think about what is next in your life and cannot find a better answer for yourself. Last year was great, but I overdid a lot of things that I needed to stop, so I went home this year. And I've been having a good sleep. In fact, I learned that good sleep makes one's body and skin glow.
There's time for everything; this year, I've got to be worried and just be doing what I can do best in life. This year, I've got to get good sleep and do my best during the day.
I mean, what is money when you do not have good health? Everything falls into place at the right time in life, as we all have our own time. So this year I've got no worries but happiness, and I'm going to stop everything holding me back in 2023.
