Equal payment for workers

There is an adage that says all fingers are not equal. Every society, and organization enterprise has different ways of ranking. Also in every society or organization, there's what's called social stratification which simply means a society or organization's ways of classifications of its members or workers based on educational status, job risk, experience, the expense to acquire the job, intelligence, dedication, devotion or diligence, etc

Good day everyone. I am here to delineate, editorialize, exude, and apprise on the topic do you think all workers should earn equal pay? Why? If you had the power, how would you fix the system so everyone is happy with what they get? My contribution to this debate is there is know how every worker can earn equal payment. Is not possible. Equal payment of workers is only possible for casual workers who work on the site most especially in construction companies or similar enterprises

Equal payment to every worker is possible in no setting organization like the dumper truck loaders, bricklayers, etc but in a well settings organization equal payment can't be possible this organization have criteria for the payment of their workers like education status, intelligence dedication etc all this criteria are put into consideration for the payment of there workers

  •     Education
    

In most societies, enterprises, organizations, and associations education has become the major creteria for the determination on how ranking is based and this ranking entails the payment criteria of there workers in the organizations there's different levels of ranking in an organization called social class

  •     EXPERIENCE
    

This is another crucial factors that most organization utilize for the payment of there workers, this factor entails the duration a worker spend in the organization. Like a worker who have worked for 20 years is considered to have more experience than a worker who just spend 2 years, in this settings a 20 years experienced staff is paid the highest and considered to occupied the highest ranked

  • FINALCIAL CONSIDERATION

Some organization consider this criteria for ranking and payment of their staff, expensive courses like Medicine, Engineering, law, etc this courses is considered the highest ranked and also the highest payment. In any organization, they have superior over less expensive courses. This course duration of studying at the University is longer than the less expensive courses

  • THE RISK NATURE OF THE JOB

This criterion is another significant factor considered in ranking and payment of their workers, the fact is the risk of every job is different and it entails dominion over less risked ones we can't expect someone who flies a plane (pilot) or a marine engineer to be earning the same amount of money with a shoe-maker or tailor, the difference is clear

  • DILIGENCE AND DEVOTION

Consistency, diligence, and devotion is the key to success. Organizations that lack these factors are at higher risk of closure. On this, most organizations take this factor seriously and never joke about it so they have policies, the more diligent and hardworking in the organization the highest paid and highest ranked acquired.

With these factors, it shows there can never be an equal payment in the organization

If I'm opportune to level the difference I will subsidize food and any other comestible materials to a very low price so every social class in the society can afford them without stress, food is the power of every nation. A hungry man is an angry man if there's affordable food crime in the nation will reduce drastically food subsidy is very important in a country like Nigeria
