A day is insufficient to bring about my desired alteration, but let's suppose it's a movie trick. If I am elected president, these are the three key things I will do.
I will raise the standard of Education in Nigeria By nominating a principle educationist who is a specialist in the area and capable of heading the ministry. I'll build up a panel to keep track of every private school's activity. Especially when it comes to exams. Any school that do not fulfill the required standards will be closed.
This is because private schools are a major contributor to Nigeria's declining educational standards. Every special center in the country will be forced to close. More funds will be granted to the ministry in order for it to function effectively. Public schools will be constructed and outfitted. As a teacher, I am glad to declare that inexperienced teachers have also contributed to the decline in educational standards. As a result, all elementary and secondary school instructors will write a severe test in accordance with their areas of specialty. With this, teaching work will be by experience and qualifications not By connection. To boost the nation's security, all service heads will be replaced
with more capable and merited hands immediately. Military troops will be given specialized and sophisticated weapons. Any bandit or terrorist caught will be ordered to be shot and killed. Others will realize that the country is not joking by doing so. Sambisa, zamfara, and kastina forests, for example, will be leveled. In such areas, a military base will be built to keep an eye on the surrounding. At the same time, military personnels will undergo special training which will enable them to combat strongly with the enemies of the nation such as Boko Haram and Iswap.Salary structure for Nigerian workers will be reviewed. It is no longer news that teachers, doctors and military personnels who are supposed to be among the highest paid in our society, are receiving peanuts in the name of salary. Politicians and oil workers, on the other hand, who do nothing but sit in air-conditioned offices, go home with millions of naira. How would you feel if a level twelve officer in the public service is paid 100,000 per month while a level seven in an oil company is paid over 1000000? The wage structure will be adjusted such that, regardless of office, the gap between persons with the same level but different offices will not exceed 15%.
Being president of a country entails a great deal of responsibility, especially when the president is eager to work and grow the country. However, presidents who are simply in office for personal gain will rob the nation's wealth. As president for a day, I intend to leave a lasting legacy for the country.
