Chickpea Plao😋😘with Raita..

Greeting

Hopefully you all are doing well. I am again participating in @creative-sunday which is gifted us by @hivelearners. I am very happy to participate in it. Today as usual I came with an aesthetic and tasty post. I had told in my previous posts that I am in my uncle's home. My uncle and my mother went to our relatives and ask me to cook some meal. I agreed and I choose chickpea plao because I really love it. Now I am going to Qasur with my uncle to my second uncle's home... .... And I am writing post in the way....

        **Final Look**

Material

1 KG rice

1/4 kg chickpea

1 tomato of normal size

5 to 6 green chilli

2 onions of normal size

1/4 kg oil

*Spicies

4 tespoon salt

1 tespoon red chilli

1 teaspoon black chilli

1 teaspoon garam masallah

Some garam masallah with out grnding

Process

First of all I started to boil the chickpea. I added the chikpea , watwr amd salt in pressure cooker and put it on the flame.

Then I cook it for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes the chickpea had boiled and I seperate these from water.

I started to cut out the onion ,tomato and green chilli. I cut these things out with the hel of knife and I had also shared the picture here.

Then I started to fry the onion in oil by dropping both in a bigg pot. Let me show you.

I brown it lightem amd added some water in it when the onion becomes brown.

I added some tomato amd green chilli which I had cutt in the start.

I cook it well untill the onion and other material mix. I added spicies in the mixture of the onion etc and mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes. Now it had been mixed very well. Let me show yoy.

I added boiled chickpea in the paste whoch I cook . Now I cook the chockpea for 5 minutes on low flame. Let me show you.

Aftwr cooking chickpea I added some water in the mixture.

I added the rice which I had washed . I cook them on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes. Now my plao is almost ready.

I cover it and leave to bake for 5 minutes on low flame.....

Here is the final look of the plao....It was tooo much yummy. My uncle like it a lot. When he ce back je ate this amd really appreciate it.

Material and Process

Yougert 1.5 kg

Half tea sppon black chilli powder

Half teaspoon salt

One onion of large size (cut)

I mix all the material well. And my tougert with plao is readhyy
It was too much tastey. Here is the final look of the yourgert mixture.
