Life As A Vegan.

I know we all pray to have money because money is like the most important thing on earth but it’s still not. Health is wealth and what is money without a good health? It is zero.
I know a vegan is someone who stays away from consuming anything that is produced by animals be it meat, dairy eggs and so much more. Vegans are usually based on plants, fruits, vegetables or anything at all that comes whatever that is being planted.
I know we all have different mentality but I feel anyone who is a vegan has one thing or the other that he or she is nursing in the body because I don’t think it is possible for someone to wake up one day and decide to be a vegan.
A lot of people become vegans because they want to shed some weight, having heart disease or even some kind of allergies. I know I have allergies but I’m too stubborn to be a vegan.

Can I try being a vegan?

Why? There is totally nothing wrong with me. Imagine telling me that I can’t eat meat, fish, egg or those proteins that are produced by animals, how will it sound like or how will I cope?
How will I eat party meat? Won’t I feel left out?

I understand that vegetables have something great they do in our body systems but we should not underestimate how useful these proteins are. I eat egg everyday of my life and we all know how they provide strong muscles for us. As for me, I will continue to eat eggs and will never try to become a vegan only if need be.

How long do I think I can wait before falling back to my old ways?

Maybe two days and that will be the highest I can go. Now, every time I eat, I always make sure that I have an animal produce in my food. It may be meat, fish or egg. I mostly eat eggs with all my food and I make sure I take it everyday. How do you feel food will taste in my mouth if I don’t take the regular things I eat? I can only go two days and the only time I can go longer than that is maybe when I’m offered a reasonable amount of money to stay away from my regular proteins or maybe my health condition requires me to do that and I pray not to ever find myself in that condition.

Do I feel that being a vegan is a healthier way of living?

Well, I can’t say it is healthier. We cannot lie about the fact that these animal produces are very good for us. There are even times when some people may be advised in the hospital to take them maybe for some reasons.

Being a vegan can just be a way to improve some medical conditions and you can live healthily as a vegan or maybe vegetarian but it doesn’t mean you may even be healthier than those who are not vegans.

Imagine going to a party and instead of being served rice and turkey, you got served with garden egg, groundnut and orange😂.

Oh yes. Protein is very important and it should not be taken for granted. When I fried chicken 🐓 next time, I would invite meanwhile manage the hive chicken sent.

I would like to tell you beforehand that I am not judging you here or influencing you in any way. It is your own decision as to what kind of food you like to eat. As you said that protein is useful for our life, I would like to tell you that if you eat meat only for protein, then you will get many types of things in vegetarian food which give more protein than meat. Meat will give you protein but it will also give you dangerous things like cholesterol. Yes, a person cannot eat the same food every day but there are many varieties available in vegetarian food also and if a person wants to become a vegetarian, then it will be the easiest for him here. Nowadays I see that people become non-vegetarian for taste but if we look at vegetarian food, there are so many options that you will not even be able to remember them.

Most people eat things like meat , chicken , turkey and egg for taste aside protein!!! A good taste has it's own feeling just that what comes with them might be dangerous...
