Coming across this contest reminds me of my level 100 days in the university.

As freshmen at the university, everything was new to us, we didn’t know how things are ran, completing High School and moving to the University was a whole new level.
But what helped was that we kept the SHS momentum which was the night prep we used to go to during High School, so we never stopped going to study in class at night.
I remember one afternoon, our colleague had the rumor that a specific class was canceled but one mistake we did was not confirming from the course rep to be sure whether the class was canceled or not.
The sun was shining and after hearing that news I decided to lay back in bed and take a nap, it wasn’t long and then my phone ranged, I answered and it was a coursemate who called to inform me that it was a false news and that the lecture was in and about to organize a quiz, luckily for me, my hostel wasn’t far from the campus so I quickly dressed up and rushed into the lecture hall.
I got in and they had already started and the time remaining was 5 minutes, so I quickly tear off a sheet of paper and started with my ID. The questions that were on the board were similar to the ones I had solved days ago in prep, so I quickly applied the formula I knew and answered one question out of the 3.
The papers were marked and returned to us and what I had wasn’t something I was expecting, but it wasn’t bad either. I learned two lessons on that day.
The first lesson was that, One has to always be prepared because you don’t know what may happen in the next few hours or days. If I hadn’t learned from the previous days, the only thing I would have written on my paper would have been my student ID and the course code. But with the little knowledge I had about the course, I was able to answer a question out of the three questions given.
Another lesson I learned was never to listen to rumors, always make sure that the information you’re heard or read is from the correct source and not from someone else even if it’s from a friend, and make sure you verify in other not to fall victim.
In this world, whether in school or not wherever you find yourself wondering, always prepare yourself for the unexpected because you don’t know when you are gonna be tested, I’ve had my fair share of it.
