Well everyone know that its Modern era . Everything we do in internet and computer . we cant thing any single work with out internet and computer and mobile . Its make our life much more easy we can do and search anything in internet by use computer and mobile . Now its one of the most useful thing for mordant time.
But you know that every technology have some bad effect and good effect . Good effect is much more then bad effect . it you use this this in proper way then we can get release from this bad effects. Today I am going to talk some bad effects and how to release from this.
Using more and more computer and mobile Phone is very bad effect for us. You know that when we are using computer and mobile phone our brain and others organ are damage badly . specially its effect are more and more in our eyes . when any person using mobile and computer our eyes are badly pain and you can understand that it actually damage .
Vision Problems
It one of the most common problem . If we are using more and more computer and mobile phone . Out vision problems will increase more and more . some time Our eyes are dry . some times we cant see properly . as like blur vision is very common effects . headaches are one of them . When we are using more and more computer headaches are common problems for us . Pain in eyes are also one of the most common effect of using more and more computer and mobile phones
Radiation
Radiation is one of the most common problem . You know that radiation is every harmful for us . when we are using mobile phone and computer is we are effect by radiation . Everyone know that computer and mobile are release more and more radiation . this radiation cases brain damager censer tumor and others body disable . some time we see that some small baby are born in fiscal disable . some of this fiscal disable are causes by this types of computer and Mobile Phone

When people are using Computer its effect more and much in our health . if we using computer much time . its must be causes Our headaches . some times this pain is fixed and we need to take treatment of Doctor for this problem . Using more and much computer keyboard causes tissue damage and mussel pain . some time is more problem in our sleep problem . after using computer more and more we can sleep properly at night.
How to release from this
• The most important way is to use less computer and mobile phone .
• Using screen protector that means UV protector in computer and laptop
• Try to use less brightness in your computer and mobile phone
• Don’t use much computer unless you need ..
• Using protecting Glass while using Mobile Phone
• Don’t use Mobile phone and laptop in dark room
You know that I am using may computer al most 8 hour in my office . some times its much presser for me . but I am trying to stop using for some moment . its help me to recover . try to use less computer and mobile phone for my safety
