You may say in your mind that you already know why you should eat good food but I'll like you to read through and see some really nice facts why you should eat good food.
We are so busy that we find ourselves eating foods that aren't good for our health and may cause us to fall sick. But being conscious of what you eat and making sure to eat something good will go a long way in giving you better health and good lifestyle.
What do I mean by Good Food?
You should have already know what good food are but I'll tell you what I call good food.
Good food contain most of the classes of food if not all, with minimal junks.
So eating carbohydrates, protein with touch of mineral or water... You've eaten a good food than when you take carbohydrates and water only. There may little bad fats and wrong combinations but if it isn't much, you've eaten a good food.
Why you should eat Good Food?
Yes, we eat good food to keep healthy but in what ways do we feel healthy when we eat healthy. I'll share a five of them with you.
Improved memory
Take it or leave it, what you eat also contribute to how you remember things and how fast your brain is to assimilate things. There are cases where dull kids become brilliant because of change of diet. Eat good food and strengthen your memory capabilities.
Getting good night's sleep
You must have felt good before when going to bed after eating a good meal, there is a special kind of feeling you get when you go to bed because you ate a good food. Good food helps you to rest well at night and may even give you a nice dream.
Prevent overeating
I don't know if this has happened to you before, I feel hungry easily when I eat more of junkies. When you eat good food, you tend to eat moderately except on cases when you decide to force yourself to eat more. Good food tend to fill one up easily.
Delicious Taste
There is hardly a good food that doesn't taste delicious and you wouldn't crave for more. Good food give that satisfaction of taste we look for in meals. Taking junks and unhealthy foods may provide some delicious taste but we can confirm that they don't as good food does.
Better mood
How do you feel when you finished eating a delicious good food? Imagine it and tell me you don't feel good yourself. Good food improve our moods, I've once gotten angry and was calmed with a real delicious meal 😂 that's what good food can do.
