The world is in a jet age now, everything is technologically driven, majority of the people in the world eother directly or indirectly makes use of a either a phone or a computer, it has make work easy and we get things done at a faster rate and less stress
Computer and phones has become a part of me, I make use of it day in day out, to send a mail, to chat, to browse the net among other things. I can't sincerely day I can do without my phone's, it has become a part of me that can not be done without, but using it has come at a cost.
Through making use of and staring at my Electronic Gadget for a long duration consistently i have had the following experience:-
- Eye strains and headache
- pain to the finger tips due to frequent typing.
- ache in my wrists and elbow
- back and neck aches with comes by due to sitting for long hours while making use of my phone's.
Most time when this happens I do take drugs to ease the ache, but i domt want this to be a constant thinhs end up abusing the drugs so i had to stop it and source for a better form of relief.
First reduce the time i spend using my phl-hone's and computer using it only when necessary, and when i need tp use my gadget for long hours i took time off in-between for like 10 to 20 minutes at intervals, during which I either take either tske a nap or go into the garden to get fresh breeze from nature.
