Perhaps those who stay for just a few seconds or minutes in our lives are, for the most part, just business partners, an attendant, a waiter, a person who provided a service very cool for us and it makes us remember this service for the rest of our lives. I'm the type of person who, if they serve me well, usually becomes a loyal customer, but if they serve me badly, I usually don't go back to that place, because I don't usually give second chances to the establishment.

It happened even recently, when someone gave me super service Well, I don't even know her name, but it was in a restaurant in my area, where I live. One Saturday I had to go there in person to buy a lunch box (here we call it a marmitex) for my wife to have lunch and well, I surprisingly went well attended by a girl, who in addition to the good service caught my attention because of her size, I remember that she was smaller than me, she must have been five feet tall or something like that, but that's just a physical detail for next time.

What caught my attention was simply her proactive way of serving, she saw me coming and came straight to ask me what I needed, whenever I had any doubts about what I could or could not put in my lunch box, she answered me He responded with all the calm and kindness that I confess I am not used to seeing in places. Always calling me sir, speaking sweetly, when she finished, she even said “thank you and come back soon” and she is just an employee of the place, she is not even the owner, imagine having all this love to serve just working there? So, This girl really won me over with her service and the next time I go there, I want to make sure to compliment her.

Now there are also times when you go somewhere and no one serves you or they provide bad service and this ends up leaving a very negative impression on us. For this example, I remember a time when my family and I went to a place where they sell “jantinha”, something very common here, we have a plate with rice, feijão-tropeiro, cassava and a skewer (usually meat or chicken). with bacon) and well, it was pretty bad, because we decided to go to this place because of a friend's recommendation, but when we got there, it was a real horror.

To start with, we sat down in the chairs and had to wait a few minutes to be served, but that It really took around 30 minutes, and I was a bit suspicious about that, along with my wife, after ordering our dishes, bad rice, bad beans, tough meat, chicken with a strange taste and well, everything took a long time, as if no one was in a hurry to nothing and the place wasn't even that crowded. Not to mention the dirty and impossible to use bathrooms. In short, it was a pretty bad experience.

I think that, deep down, our friend recommended it as a joke, because it's hard to believe that that place operated there, like that every day, but, as I always say, we didn't go back there, I didn't even want to say anything to the owner, I just leave and never come back, that's what I usually do. So, for minutes or for a night, people can serve you and offer you a product or service that you will remember for years as great or disastrous, so I think we should We all do our best so that they always remember exactly our best.

Conhecemos muitas pessoas durante a vida, algumas passam por instantes e outras ficam por um bom tempo. Talvez essas que fiquem por apenas alguns segundos ou minutos em nossas vidas, sejam, em sua grande maioria, apenas parceiros comerciais, um atendente, um garçom, uma pessoa que prestou um serviço bem legal para nós e isso faz nos lembrar desse atendimento para o resto de nossas vidas. Sou do tipo que, se me atendem bem, costumo me tornar um cliente fiel, mas, se me atendem erradamente, geralmente, não volto no lugar, pois não costumo dar segundas chances para o estabelecimento.

Aconteceu até recentemente, uma pessoa me atender super bem, nem sei o nome dela, mas foi em um restaurante do meu setor, onde moro. Teve um sábado que precisei passar lá pessoalmente para poder comprar uma marmita (aqui chamamos de marmitex) para a minha esposa poder almoçar e bem, fui surpreendentemente bem atendido por uma moça, que além do bom atendimento me chamou a atenção pelo seu tamanho, lembro que ela era menor do que eu, deveria ter um metro e cinquenta ou algo por aí, mas isso é apenas um detalhe físico para uma próxima vez.

O que me chamou a atenção foi simplesmente a sua forma de atender, pró-ativa, me viu chegando e já veio me perguntar do que precisava, a cada dúvida que tinha sobre o que poderia colocar ou não na marmita do almoço, ela me respondia com toda calma e gentileza que confesso não estar acostumado a ver nos lugares. Sempre me chamando de senhor, falando docemente, ao terminar, ela ainda me falou um “obrigada e volte sempre” e ela é apenas a funcionária do lugar, nem é a dona, imagina ter esse amor todo em atender apenas trabalhando lá? Então, essa moça realmente me conquistou no atendimento e, na próxima vez que for lá, quero fazer questão de elogiar ela.

Agora também existem os momentos em que você vai a algum lugar e ninguém te atende ou prestam um serviço ruim e isso acaba marcando a gente de forma bem negativa. Para esse exemplo, lembro de uma vez em que eu e a minha família fomos para um lugar onde vendem “jantinha”, algo bem comum aqui, temos um prato com arroz, feijão-tropeiro, mandioca e um espetinho (geralmente de carne ou frango com bacon) e bem, foi bem ruim, porque decidimos ir a este lugar por indicação de um amigo da gente, mas chegando lá, um verdadeiro horror.

Para começar, setamos nas cadeiras e tivemos que esperar alguns minutos para sermos atendidos, mas isso realmente demorou algo em torno de 30 minutos, nisso já fiquei meio cismado junto da minha esposa, após pedir nossos pratos, arroz ruim, feijão ruim, carne dura, frango com gosto estranho e bem, tudo bem demorado, como se ninguém tivesse pressa para nada e o lugar nem estava tão cheio assim. Sem contar os banheiros sujos e impossíveis de usar. Enfim, foi uma experiência bem ruim.

Acho que, no fundo, nosso amigo indicou ali por brincadeira, porque é difícil acreditar que aquele lugar funcionava ali, daquela forma todos os dias, mas, é o que sempre digo, não voltamos mais lá, nem quis falar nada para o dono, apenas vou embora e não volto mais, é o que costumo fazer. Então, por minutos ou por uma noite, pessoas podem te atender e oferecer um produto ou serviço que você vai lembrar por anos como ótimo ou desastroso, por isso, acho que devemos todos fazer o nosso melhor para que se lembrem sempre exatamente do nosso melhor.

I agree with you, if a servant serves us well, of course without us realizing it we will go back to where we are, because welcoming customers and serving well everyone will be happy with their way.

Demora no atendimento muitas vezes desanima, faz a gente perder a vontade sem contar que esperamos o mínimo de uma qualidade no atendimento ne... são experiencias assim que fazem eu não voltar no mesmo lugar.
