Each person has their own way, their own code that is created and compiled over the years, whether with the examples they see during their growth, where we can say that the family is their first nucleus of learning and how he will assemble this code. In my case, I can say that my moral code is made up of several variables, but they always follow one prominent path: respect for people, life and environments.
What I live and apply daily is respect for people and their actions, that is, I always try to be as cordial as possible, polite, friendly and I try not to judge before knowing the story of both sides. I believe that this code of mine is good, because I respect each individual and their characteristics, as I know well that each one is different, each person has their fears and desires, their ways of thinking and knowing how to respect this way of thinking is one of the first things I do, even though I don't agree with the ideas, I respect reading or listening and then giving an educated opinion.

Even though we experience so many bad things, so many difficulties, I realize that our biggest problem is precisely the disrespect between people, the lack of ability to shut up at the right time to just listen and understand the desires and pain of others. Therefore, I take respect as my main moral code.
Even if things are really bad, I try to follow this to the letter, these ideas that for me are the pinnacle of the kindness we should have towards people. To think about this within Hive, I make a point of always trying to do my best, trying to help when possible, whether with positive comments, votes or ideas for growth, when it comes to posts, I always try to do as refined as possible, because just like in life, I believe that doing it with little effort and receiving a lot is wrong, whether abroad or here, I respect that the guidelines we have to follow here aim precisely at that, respecting each person's effort in creating content.

Cada um tem o seu jeito, o seu código que vai sendo criado e compilado com o passar dos anos, seja com os exemplos que ele vai vendo durante o seu crescimento, onde podemos dizer que a família é o seu primeiro núcleo de aprendizado e de como ele montará esse código. No meu caso, posso dizer que meu código de moral é formado por várias variáveis, mas que seguem sempre um caminho em destaque: o respeito pelas pessoas, vida e ambientes.
O que vivo e aplico diariamente é o respeito pelas pessoas e suas ações, ou seja, tento sempre ser o mais cordial possível, educado, amigo e tento não julgar antes de conhecer a história de ambos os lados. Acredito que esse meu código seja bom, porque assim respeito cada indivíduo e suas características, pois sei bem que cada um é diferente, cada pessoa têm os seus medos e anseios, suas formas de pensar e saber respeitar essa forma de pensar é uma das primeiras coisas que faço, mesmo não concordando com as ideias, respeito em ler ou ouvir e depois opinar com educação.

Apesar de vivermos tantas coisas ruins, tantas dificuldades, percebo que o nosso maior problema é justamente o desrespeito entre as pessoas, a falta de capacidade em se calar no momento certo para apenas ouvir e entender os anseios e a dor dos outros. Por isso, tomo o respeito como o meu código moral principal.
Mesmo que as coisas estejam bem ruins, tento seguir à risca isso, essas ideias que para mim são o ápice da bondade que deveríamos ter com as pessoas. Para pensar nisso dentro da Hive, faço questão de tentar fazer o meu melhor sempre, tentando ajudar quando possível, seja com comentários positivos, votos ou ideias para crescimento, na questão das postagens, tento fazer sempre o mais refinado possível, pois assim como na vida, acredito que fazer com pouco esforço e receber muito é errado, seja lá fora ou aqui, respeito que as orientações que temos para seguir aqui, visam justamente isso, respeitar o esforço de cada um na criação de conteúdo.
Concluindo, esse é o meu código, fortemente orientado e construído pelos ensinamentos da minha mãe e da minha avó, além de também ter sido muito influenciado pelas histórias de animes que contam muito sobre respeito, amizade, força de vontade, reconhecimento dos erros e busca pela conquista de objetivos.
