The world, society and our lives are governed by many rules, some that aim to achieve a greater and more diverse good, while others only serve a more influential minority. In this sense, what I would like to share today with my friends at Hive is how the power and influence of some people seem to shape rules and actions around them, making these people a real difference in the normality of life.
Not that every influence that a person can apply in a given situation is bad, we can have good and bad examples for our lives, one of them was when I was in high school, I remember a time when a group I was in, needed more time to finish a certain task and even though we asked the teacher to give us that time, he didn't give it to us, but a friend who was in the group tried later and got us that extension, as if by magic.
Maybe because she was a woman (opposite sex to the teacher) or just because she had more influence than me, what matters is that at that moment she got something we needed and that helped us, so on this day I had a classic example of how power and influence are applied in practice. Often this is not even related to the person being famous, a football player, an artist, a musician or anything else, just a normal person influencing actions and results over another, this happens to us daily.
Veja SPA nightclub is a great example of power and influence, when I still went a few times, I had friends who simply arrived and entered, skipping the line, showing that they had a certain power there, after all, they were known, they lived there having fun and Somehow, they had this influence of just going in and taking their friends together. Just like many times, I waited in lines for several minutes to enter, while other people just arrived and entered. I believe it wasn't always an advance reservation or not, it was just influence, the person arrived and, because they were that person, they could simply enter first.
Anyway, we experience this type of situation routinely, right here on Hive or any other social network, we have countless examples of power and influence. A subject, a post that I make will not have the same impact and return as a post with the same subject created by taskmaster4450 and I can only accept that and seek to improve or become more influential, meeting more people or doing something that really attracts attention and make people look at me in a different way.
Now, in the Brazilian community (HiveBR) I am sure that I am influential in some way, not that people follow or do what I do, but perhaps I am a positive influence of perseverance in being here for more than 3 years and continuing to be active, By posting and sharing content, this is also a way of influencing people who seek growth and recognition and thus, this influence of mine helps me to always be remembered and mentioned.
Anyway, the biggest lesson I have in relation to this subject is that I always want to be a good influence, but nothing really related to “power”, because I think that applying power and force to people is not cool, so if I can transmit a good influence that keeps people happy, producing a lot of cool content and thriving, that's what I want and try to achieve every day I spend here.

O mundo, a sociedade e as nossas vidas são regidas por muitas regras, algumas que visam atingir um bem maior e mais diversificado, enquanto outras servem apenas para uma minoria mais influente. Nesse sentido, o que gostaria de compartilhar hoje com meus amigos da Hive é como o poder e influência de algumas pessoas parecem moldar regras e ações ao seu redor, fazendo com que essas pessoas se tornem uma verdadeira diferença na normalidade da vida.
Não que toda influência que uma pessoa pode aplicar em uma determinada situação seja ruim, podemos ter exemplos bons e ruins para a nossa vida, um deles, foi na minha época de ensino médio, lembro uma vez em que um grupo em que eu estava, precisou de mais tempo para finalizar uma determinada tarefa e mesmo pedindo para o professor dar esse tempo, ele não nos deu, mas, uma amiga que estava no grupo tentou depois e conseguiu essa prorrogação para nós, como em um passe de mágica.
Talvez por ser mulher (sexo oposto ao do professor) ou apenas porque ela tinha mais influência do que eu, o que importa é que nesse momento ela conseguiu algo que precisávamos e isso nos ajudou, então, neste dia, tive um clássico exemplo de como poder e influência são aplicados na prática. Muitas vezes isso nem vem relacionado com a pessoa ser famosa, jogador de futebol, artista, músico ou qualquer outra coisa, apenas uma pessoa normal influenciando ações e resultados em cima de outra, isso acontece conosco diariamente.
Veja SPUma boate é um ótimo exemplo de poder e influência, quando ainda ia algumas vezes, tinha amigos que simplesmente chegavam e entravam, furando toda a fila, mostrando que eles tinham um certo poder ali, afinal, eram conhecidos, viviam ali se divertindo e de alguma forma, tinham essa influência em apenas entrar e levar os amigos juntos. Assim como também muitas vezes, esperei por vários minutos nas filas para entrar, enquanto outras pessoas apenas chegavam e entravam. Acredito que nem sempre era uma reserva antecipada ou não, era apenas influência mesmo, a pessoa chegou e, por ser essa pessoa, ela simplesmente podia entrar primeiro.
Enfim, vivemos esse tipo de situação rotineiramente, aqui mesmo na Hive ou em qualquer outra rede social, temos inúmeros exemplos de poder e influência. Um assunto, uma postagem que faço não terá o mesmo impacto e retorno do que uma postagem com o mesmo assunto criado pelo taskmaster4450 e apenas posso aceitar isso e buscar melhorar ou me tornar mais influente, conhecendo mais pessoas ou fazendo algo que realmente chame atenção e faça as pessoas olharem para mim de uma forma diferente.
Agora, na comunidade brasileira (HiveBR) tenho certezas de que sou influente de alguma forma, não que as pessoas sigam ou façam o que faço, mas talvez eu seja uma influência positiva de perseverança em estar aqui por mais de 3 anos e continuar ativo, postando e compartilhando conteúdo, isso também entra como uma forma de influenciar as pessoas que buscam crescimento e reconhecimento e assim, essa minha influência me ajuda a ser sempre lembrado e mencionado.
De qualquer forma o maior ensinamento que tenho em relação a esse assunto é que quero ser sempre uma boa influência, mas nada muito relacionado a “poder”, porque acho que aplicar poder e força em cima das pessoas não é o legal, portanto, se eu conseguir transmitir uma influência boa e que faça as pessoas continuarem felizes, produzindo muito conteúdo bacana e prosperando, é essa que quero e tento conquistar a cada dia que passo aqui.
