My privacy šŸ”šŸ”

Privacy is state in which one is not observed or disturbed by other people. In one's privacy being respected by others he is she is not observed in one way or the other at all. Returning to that place no one at all knows that in which you don't want them to know. Personally i don't really think that it is necessary for one to submit his or her social media handle to the employee that is one's personal life and is is not really needed on the work pattern but aldo it would be a way of them to check on the person in which they are working with or might also want to work with.
Experience has shown really that one should always keep straight in things in which they are doing the person at point A should always be the same person at point B and nothing should be different. Whether knowing or not the company can do their findings and seeing a different personality might really want to cause a lagging in the job in which you are already doing. So i would really suggest we all keep fit to the positive side do that in which we are supposed to do so that nothing might come in between our job even with or without our consent.
Based on the definition of privacy i would say that it is indeed an invasion as the person is already monitored. Although we have friends online we gave them our contact or in one way or the other came in contact accepted their friend request or they in turn accepted ours which now make us to cross path. Unlike in this scenario in which you are requested to either fill it or whatever in which personally you can not say no for the sake of the job in which you might have not even gotten or gotten already.

One thing is that things have advantages and also disadvantages in which i feel protecting the image of the company is one advantage. One company might employe people and one it is known or people seeing them there already knowing that they are working there might have one other issue in which is not even related to the said company and attribute it that it is the way in which the company behaves. One thing is that once people know or feel that they are being monitored they might always adjust to the good side to meet up with the requirements so either faking it or not it is still for the good of the department at large and they want their good by different means.
As far as i really know that there is no skeleton in my cupboard it is really not a big deal to me to always submit it though i might not really feel too comfortable with us at first but to me is is really not a big deal and I would.
