I will continue to say how happy I am to be among the era that witnessed a great change in the world through technology. Then, the innovation through technology is what is baffling because the pace is becoming faster than a bullet yielding better things and others not too good because of the future.
Technology has really given us more way forward in advancements because of how fast its growing . Looking back at times like 10 - 15 years ago, we can see for ourselves of how great changes has been. How technology has made lots of difficulties to become so easy for man in all aspects of walk of life. These are the journey that leads to continuous innovation.
And seating down in reflection and virtualization of what will the world 🌎 look like in the next 25 or 26 years to come, which is 2050 is one that brings lots of concerns, anxiety and troubling because of what we are seeing now which is just 2024.
Younger Generation:
My mind and thoughts 💭 for the future of the world 🌍 is always channeled towards what will the younger generation after us become? The present generation of this 2024 which comprises some of the Millennium and Jenzy are still trying to look back from what our parents did in life and of how they also lived their lives , which we once in a while reflect on advices we got from them and how we most times want to slow down from fast pace activities, but the fear here is that in the next few decades to come, the younger generation will have no one to slow them down because of how new technologies that will be in place then that must have brought new things that would impact different changes and lifestyles around them.
Artificial Intelligence, Robots And Machines:
Its not going to be a joke, because right now we are already seeing how many believe that they don’t need to waste their time and exhausting their energy working since the AI is their to be used, especially those who are out to make quick money 💰, dreams for higher luxury without laboring for it. My fear towards the year 2050 is of a generation of people who will want to depend on robots 🤖, machines and more of the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the life their living , including their means of earnings. This will bring so much dependence on the new technologies that will be built within now through into the year 2050 because innovation is being devised and developed everyday.
My daughter who is studying Robotics and Coding keeps telling me of how in the next 10 years she believes she will have robots 🤖 that will cook for her, wash for her and even drives her. And I will always laugh it over telling her to shout -up, but this is going to be a reality because right now she is building a bot 🤖 that will be treading Crypto Currency 💴 for profit and loss in one of her school project. It’s baffling.
She also told me that it will come to pass because the generation to come will not have time to be washing dishes in the kitchen when they are supposed to be on their computers 💻 working for the release of the next technologies of bots 🤖 that will cost 💲 so much that the rich will be will to buy and solve their problems for less stressful lifestyle. This is a mindset the next generations are having. The only issue here is that they will loose focus on how to do things manually.
Redundancy/Self Employment/Obsolescent
Here is the most disturbing issue that will face the future generation of a society come 2050 where many people will not be engaged in any official work where they earn salaries or wages because of how bots 🤖 and machines will take over many people’s work. This is the effect of a technological system in a generation. And while jobs are being taken over by bots, many of these coming generation will also want to be working for themselves either from their homes or establishments of their own because of how everyone want to be their own boss with how technology is making things easy. This is already happening in this present generation as we see many work from their homes 🏡.
However, many companies who are not into technological and innovation trend kind of jobs will be forced out of business due to how they will not have people to work for them as obsolescent sets in. Although as the years are going, innovation are forcing companies to go with trend but many who are not in line or can not cope will be forced out.
This is how am seeing the world 🌎 come 2050. A generation with different changes and challenges. Some good, some bad, but most of all a generation with “Big Dreams 😴”. I will love to see this generation of 2050 being a generation that will also have diversification in other areas of work like farming and agriculture 👩🌾 because I don’t know how they are going to grow food to sustain them , although my daughter has also mentioned how scientists 👩🔬 are already devising how foods and vegetables will be grown in the Laboratories 🧫. Is it going to be possible? Am so baffled 😮.
