Education Is a Business?

in #hive-1538504 months ago

Is there any doubt in it? No, because education is business now. May be it was business in past but it was not a prominent one and in recent times, it is a highlighted business.

Either it's school sector or college sector everything is making money or i would call them money banks? This education system is now fragile. Yes, completely fragile because millions of smiles are out of the school who are compelled by the society pressure and working day and night to feed their stomach. It is not wrong to quote that only elite class children are getting education and in turn they are ruling over us and extracting money. How simple everything is looking!

Well, Education is for good of humanity but education is not illuminating everyone. Hearts are not learning morality rather minds are learning tricks to become rich and to extract wealth from labour class.

I think we should focus on our main topic which is about mixing up business with relationship and feelings or emotions.

In business, it is of much importance that there should remain complete balance between emotions/feelings and business. This balance/equilibrium is helpful in mainting good Business status. Otherwise, business status will fluctuate and disturbance will be part of business.

Apparently, my family is business owning family. We have a school. Yes, that's why in the start i talked about education as business. Now you got that we ourselves are running education as business.

My father is the director of school but i was completely off from School-topic. Means no one from school have seen me. One fine day, i decided to go to school and to ask for a job. Actually i was free and enjoying holidays but i want to make my days productive. That's why i decided to teaching. It was quite simple and easy for me to ask my father and i knew that he will blindly say yes to me. But, it was against merit and against my dignity. I didn't want to use my father's name to allocate myself in any firm. I wanted to use my knowledge and skills to prove myself.

I went to Principal's Office. Principal was tough and busy. I did wait for four hours and finally he asked me the reason to be there. I introduced myself but i skipped my father name( surprisingly he didn't noticed). Then i asked for job as a teacher.

At first, Principal was quite reluctant to offer me a job because school's faculty was full. On second day i received a call from school management that you can give demo. I gave demo and got selected as English Teacher. Later on, when i was sitting with Principal and he asked my introduction for second just to have record. He was shocked to know that i am son of director of school but i didn't showed off my father's name in first meeting.

Principal said ; You should tell me your father's name in first meeting and you would get a job.

I replied; I don't want to use my father's name to get any kind of privileges. I just wanted to showcase my skills.

He was happy to get this answer from my side. Althogh that school is in our ownership but i preferred merit over anything else.

Its surprising that he did not notice you skipping your father's name. I am happy to see that you got the job as an English teacher.

Thank you for sharing

Such a meek personality, if it was another person, it would have been the father who would bring him to the school and get him the job without any examination heheh, but you put aside that advantage and sought the job for yourself, that's beautiful. Truly, we should have a balance between family and business. You did nice by not considering family when going for the job

How is the experience as a teacher?

There is no doubt that Education is used as a business and this business is increasing day by day.
I am happy to learn that you are different from other people. The people of our society prefer to get something by mentioning their privileges not by their skills.
