As a young girl in primary school growing up one of the things we love in those days is physical education, we anticipate it most atimes especially when we are tired of the class we keep reminding the class teacher that is time for P.E we do the subject but we don't see it more interesting like going out to excerise our bodies for us we preferred the practical aspect than the theory. Back then our notion about the subject is mostly unimportant most of us don't enjoy the class is usually a boring class we preferred to go out play and have alot of fun with our time, no matter the hours we spent outside the field or surroundings is just not enough.
The endless joy we feel whenever is the period of physical education can't be explained or emphasize, one wouldn't blame us that is the only spare time we got for ourselves to exercise and play... writing on this reminded me of those awesome times with our physical education tutor he's really good at what he does we form a queue with our sport wears matching and singing different songs smiling at each other with so much excitement, aww... the feeling is heavenly hahaha.
Me as a sport prefect in high school
In high school I noticed my vibes for physical education changed negatively I do less of it unlike prior. I was surprised when I was announce as a game prefect in our school, of a truth I never wanted that at least anything but not a sport prefect I realized in high school I lost most of my interest in sports so I only play games once in a while so when the position was given to me as a game prefect I wasn't happy and most of the games I had no idea on how to play them not to talk of tutoring students about physical education I felt unqualified for the post as the game prefect, so I went straight to the School authority to plead with him to change my role as a game prefect but he refused I mumbled and complained to him, that most of the students love basketball alot and I don't even know how to play it he still insist that a teacher in that aspect will be assigned to tutor me on everything I should know about games and how to play it...I had no choice but to take it. on my free space I go to him to put me through, with time I learned most of the games.
Whenever is game time I wore my sport wears and go to the court for basketball I supervise them and move to other field games to put them through together with the physical education tutor, sometimes I played together with the game teacher it was fun my interest for games became intensive it wasn't difficult to fall in love with games again I was happy and anticipated when next to play the games. I must confess the physical education was fun filled apart from helping me to stay fit through my countless excerise, it also helped me alot in building my self esteem, I felt so little of myself and I thought within me that I couldn't do it but surprisely I did!
my role as the game prefect made me to understand the importance and the great health benefits of Physical education, indeed it was worthwhile.
