One strives life long from the day he develops his senses to his last breath. The real goal behind this struggle is not clear. Some say that they grind them in the whirls of life to comfort those velonging to them while same day that they want to get settle in their life after working hard. Uptill now I can’t understand the meaning of this word “settlement”. Is it enjoying resources in later stages what you earn today by working hard but will you actually quit working? For whom are we earning? Those who fed us have almost led the beautiful part of their life working hard for you.
My father has stopped buying expenaive items for himself . I was just checking his handwatches collection which he had bought for himself when our expenses were not high and accumulatively their costs were in thousands of dollars. But he doesn’t buy a jacket for himself of 35$ even saying it too expensive. Are we all supposed to live same life . Life for others? Life for our upcomers.
In our life struggles, one thing we forget is soundness of our mind. We mentally fatigue us so much to earn as much livelihood as much we can that our creativity and true personality dies. We become just a machine who is bound to work more than half hours of the day to earn money which can fulfull its expenses. Astonishingly , regarding money I have noticed a surprising fact that it slips no matter how much you earn. The more you earn, the more expenses you have. And I hope that all of you migh have noticed this.
Earning money , studying with diligence and working hard are good things. These processes if not guarrantee you success then atleast help you. But if we just work hard without taking care of health of our mind and body then it is absolutely wrong. This will not only exert negative effects on our mind but will sure restrict and slow our work-doing speed. We always need breaks and reactional moments to relax our mind. This helps us partly get rid of tensions we are coping with and deprives us of backlog negative and useful thoughts.
I will not say I am a much hard working guy. But I try not to compromise on my mental health. I occasionally take breaks and go to some trips individually, with family or with friends. I believe that taking breaks after intervals and totally relieving your mind of all the onerous stuff for a while help you resuscitate your energy and bounce back with manifold power and force.
I choose variery of recreational means. I go to multiple day ventures do to three times in a years. I plan one day short trips to nearby places once in a month must and I occasionally call on relatives and friends as well to change my atmosphere. These small things accumulatively assist me in relaxing my mind, pile up my energy cells and perform well in my liabilities.
If I look back at previous 6 months, I have had 5 to 6 short amd medium tours. I went to northern areas to inhale in natural beauty and soothing breezes. I called on my two to three friend at many locations. A small conversation will friends help us forget all our tensions for a while and when you spent a full day with them you resturn as fresh as rose and as fastidious as ferrari. Food is my weakness. And food is a wonderful source of elevating my mood. I oftenly, visit nearby eateries to explore new foods. As this sunday, I randomlu happened to eat Briyani on random food stall. The taste was so good that I haven’t eaten so delicious Briyani ever in my life till now.
Recreational activities are very necessary for consistently improved version of us. If we don’t take breaks our energy declines gradually. Our creativity diminishes and we lose the real spirit of our life. We become robotic who is in thos world to follow a fixed routine without any moment for amusement and respite.
