Advantages and Disadvantages of Natural And Processed Food

Hello everyone I hope you will be well and good.

Food is the most important thing which is necessary for our living. And without food we can't survive the concept of living will be vanished even. Because for every lining thing food is necessary to get energy to survive and to thrive the world and to perform the actions.

Similarly humans also need food which is of high quality so that they can live long. And nowadays as it is the fastest era and everyone is in a hurry different kinds of food have been introduced. We know that natural foods take time to become able to serve. Because natural food is firstly washed, then it is cut into pieces and then we have to cook it. And it will obviously take more time.

But on the other hand there are fast foods, and the processed foods which are always ready to serve as they take a little time to cook. So keeping in view the need of hour people is mostly preferring fast food. Because they want to do everything quickly and they want the food also quickly. And they are lazy in cooking natural food because they don't want to waste their time in cooking the food because they are getting everything ready in minutes with the help of the processed food.

And mostly people prefer processed food because it is altered in such a way to provide people more taste and deliciousness. Some of the disadvantages of the processed food are given below:

  • Processed foods are genetically altered and they can affect your health badly.
  • The nutrients which a natural food contains, when processed lose its value of nutrients and just become empty stuff to fill your belly.
  • As we know that sugar is the most used thing in processed foods, and it is harmful and can cause diabetes and the other major problem is that it can cause heart problems.

No doubt processed foods have some benefits as well but to get these benefits we have to compromise our health, and health is more important than any artificial taste or easiness.

So I prefer the natural foods because these are without any harm as we make them at home in our own hands. Some of the most important reasons due to which I like the natural foods are given below:

  • Natural foods are not altered genetically to get any additional taste.
  • We get natural foods in the pure form as we get vegetables directly from the farms as well as meat from the poultry farms.
  • Natural foods are healthy as their health is not spoiled by adding artificial things.
  • Natural foods keep us healthy and stay away from the diseases.
  • Natural foods are the biggest source of vitamins, proteins, fibre, and other useful things which are necessary to live a healthy life.
  • Use of natural fruits and vegetables keeps us away from the chronic disease of the heart and diabetes as well.
  • Natural foods give us a chance to taste the original flavour of the food.

So I will suggest to all of you avoid processed foods and always try to eat natural foods. Because the natural foods will make you strong, healthy and it will make your immune system strong. I have tried to explain in simple words so that you guys can understand why I am preferring natural foods.

Avoiding processed food is not the solution, the solution is we should all try to control our appetites because even excess intake of natural food is still unhealthy.

Processed food are there for a reason but we as humans, we've decided to abuse it.

Sorry, I don't agree with you dear fellow because as far as I know natural things are not harmful.

Well you might be right but have you ever thought of where these chemicals come from? I think if you know where they come from you will have a glimpse of what I'm trying to say.

But I might be wrong still.

Yeah... there are no alterations when it comes to natural foods. Everything is all according to how it was created. That is until man starts meddling.
