Today I want to show tips or ways for us to live happily in this world because not everyone has a happy life in this world, so I want to share the key to a happy life.
Happy life We create ourselves because otherwise we will never get that happiness, so there are several keys in our lives that we must apply so that we can live happily.
Sometimes it's the simple things that actually make us happy, because our happiness is always accompanied by luxury. Because simple things can sometimes make us happy compared to things related to luxury.
Happiness is what we create ourselves and not someone else who determines, because a person's happiness cannot be measured except himself so that when we people don't laugh it doesn't mean that person is not happy.
The following are some of the keys that we must apply in our lives so that we live happily :
1. Be grateful
Gratitude is one of the keys to a happy life, because being grateful for what we have today is much happier than a life full of luxury but we are never grateful.
Even though we don't have a lot of money or wealth, if we are grateful for what we have, we can be sure that our lives are happier when compared to people who have everything but are never grateful for what they already have.
2. Forgiving Others.
It is easy to forgive others if it is one of the keys to a happy life in our lives, because having anger towards others is also believed to eliminate happiness in our lives.
Although forgiving others is not easy, we must do this so that we can live happily by not being hostile to others because forgiving others is also the key to a happy life.
3. Fight Negative Feelings And Thoughts.
Negative feelings and thoughts that exist in us can also make us unhappy, so we must always have happy feelings and positive thoughts so that our lives are calm and happy by fighting negative feelings and thoughts.
When negative feelings and thoughts arise, then what we need to do is fight these negative feelings and thoughts so that our lives can be happy every day by not thinking about negative things.
4. Take Time for Self-Reflection.
Even though we are always busy with the work we do every day, but we are obliged to spend a little time for self-reflection such as vacation or go somewhere that can make you calmer.
Because taking time for self-reflection is also one of the keys to a happy life, because sometimes being alone makes us calmer than a crowded place.
5. Smile often.
Smiling often is also believed to increase happiness in our lives, because by smiling we are like removing the burden that is in our lives right now.
So often smiling is also one of the keys to a happy life in our lives, because smiling when you are sad, not everyone can do it, and only happy people can do it.
