. when your surroundings get unstable, you can just sit with a peaceful state of mind everything seems to be restless or everything starts to confuse you lately
The world is full of cruelty, vengeance, violence, nowadays its getting harder to keep calm, to stay calm. Turns out that most places don’t have any peaceful environment. Well, I would say meditation is the best medication for them, for their mind, for their souls. What does it actually mean.
Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique such as mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object thought or activity to train attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state
- . meditation can really include gaining a new view on stressful situations.
- . Creating ways to generally manage your stress.
- . Increasing self awareness. Focusing on the present.
- . Reducing kind of negative emotions.
- Increasing imagination and creativity
- increasing patience in a major way and tolerance
- But the surprising thing is you are meditating every day even if you don’t do it purposefully. well here comes the question of how? If you take another look at the meaning of meditation you will find that meditation is such a way where you try to focus on a particular object.
When we pray to the almighty every day what do we do yes it can be considered as meditation when you are praying you just try to focus on that one particular thing i mean to say you try to focus on prayers only same thing goes for every religion so we can come to a conclusion that being close to your creator the almighty can give you mental strength
- suppose you are going through a very hectic day you are so tired after coming home both physically and mentally you can take rest for physical tiredness but for mental tiredness go and talk to one of your family members trust me it helps a lot no matter whether its your siblings with whom you fight a lot or your mother who can console you in every situation being close to your family is the key of solving everything
- lastly I want to say that frustrations, depressions etc. are parts of life you cant ignore them even if you try, its ok but don’t let it ruin you. Don’t let it get under your skin so deeply.
It’s ok to ask for help you might not have any time for scheduled traditional meditation but at least perform your prayers daily be close to your family cause almighty forgives if something happens to you they are gonna be the one to stand by your side and most importantly be down to earth and stay happy with your own life cause the more you interfere into others life the more you get frustrated the more you get irritated the more you get depressed. If you look around, you will find out that most of the people are frustrated nowadays. isn’t it so?
