Whether we accept it or not parental guidance is very important. Parental leading is very important. Parental care is very much important. There's almost nothing like that.
The importance of the presence or effects of the absence of the both or either of a parent in the upbringing of a child or children plays a very big an d major role in a child's life.
You'll agree with me that there are definitely different types of parents, we get to see the over pampering parents, these ones can literally give anything their children requests for, not minding if it will affect the children or not, all they want is to make the children happy and satisfied.
And this could be either of the parent, it could be the father, it could also be the mom, I mean I know some children that they prefer a particular parent than the other because of the pamper they get.
Most times they are always behaving like it's only them that have children, they'll be boasting of how much they invest in their children just so that the child is the most happy and comfortable. They'll now be making other parents feel like they are not taking care of their children, and other children like that are not well taken care of.
Also we have the very strict parents, these ones don't really care about the fact that they carried you for 9 good
Months in their stomach and had a painful delivery, (na as e Dey hot dem Dey give you 😂)
At this point, children are scared and traumatized by their own parents and so when other children are talking about how cool their parents are or can be, it feels really strange to them, they almost can't relate, because every now and then, they are either woken with slaps or the beating of their lives, just to set some loosed knots 😂
Also this could be any of the parent, I mean the father could be the literal opposite, we could even tag him as just a very chill guy😎
The father might not really give a damn about your mistakes, you'll just be most times corrected and put through on what to do next time.
At the same time the father can be the man of the house, you know those people that when they mention things like sorry my dad is around, or guys, my dad is back, and their heart will just jump out, that kind thing 😂, like the lion of the house is really around, and everyone will respect themselves.
There was a scenario I remembered that happened a while ago in my house, we were all playing, making noise, my mom was with us In the sitting room, she didn't say anything, some of my friends were even around that day, and as we were playing, we just heard his door open, I've never seen us scattering as we did that day 😂 it was so funny and dramatic. My dad's not strict, but when men wants to be men, you sef will know 😂
The women could also be either, they could b an really chill and at the sane time they could also be the reall opposite of chill. Just like my elder brother, he enjoyed the beating of a woman, my mother dealt with him so much that I feared for him.
But when your parent could be either of the above kinds of parents mentioned but then you don't have a father or a mother to even experience what it feels like, I don't think growing up is complete for you.
They say charity starts from home, I'll say teaching and training also starts from home.
Single parenting could work but it's way easier when it's two people coming together to bring you up, to train and form you.
There are things that the father knows but he's only restricted to his own knowledge, and so the mother will also bring her own, do you not think that's a blast? Of course it is.
The importance of both parenting can't be over emphasized, from the knowledge of cooking, to the knowledge of cleaning yourself and your materials, to your manners and most especially the love you get from both part of the parent
