Yeah, just pretend the extra cost is part of the student load debt. I think it is all subject as a tax write off, not sure how much that helps though. If I'm not wrong, the their Carbon Tax is subject to taxation. Taxing the tax. So getting 30% to 50% of that back, whatever income tax bracket it would be, really might not help that much.
How about carbon tax exemption if they work in some kind of high C02 to O2 converting plants into the crop rotation? Would that not help address the fabricated problem? Would that not actually do something besides making everyone broke?

A non-yield bit of crop rotation might not be so great either, unless they were paid for having that in place.
Looks like this algae does actually exist -->

Shit, they can pretty much genetically modify whatever into existence by the looks of it. Why not some kind of planet that enriches soil and converts a shit load of C02 into 02? Too much carbon in the air? Well, put it back into the ground then 'eh?

Anyone think a concept like this would work? Or not work?

I thought Bell Peppers did that job of being a Carbon sink. My Local Hot House bell Pepper farms requires CO2 piped into the hot houses for faster hormone free growth.
