Life is a Journey
There are a lot of reason why? people find themselves where they are in their lives and have had to face more challenges than others that is fact.
However if you have spent anytime around people in the worst conditions, you will find that no one has had it easy.
No matter what you are going through there are always going to be those that have had to face different challenges than you.
This is why community is important, because if you are struggling there is a good chance someone in your community has overcome the challenges you face.
If you are suffering there are people in your community that can comfort you because they have shares similar tribulations.
On the flip side of this when you are doing well your community can celebrate in your joy and success making it even more uplifting making it even more positive and motivating.
Also if you are building, creating or in need of extra hands your community can support and help you reach the desired goal on the agenda whatever that maybe.
Creating personal alliances are important because this is what forms friendships and enables us to develop bonds.
Community alliances are important for all the reasons i mentioned before it is a great support system but also with a good community you can reach your personal or financial goals much easier.
Financial alliances are important for obvious reasons like the creation and extension of wealth but also it is the secret of the successful and wealthy.
If you have these things in place working well amongst your community regardless if already created or in development your journey will be easier and success will be quicker but also you will have longevity in what you acomplish.
Goals And Plans
I have been working hard to sort out my current life situation so i can devote all the time possible to building and developing on Hive.
I am basically at the point, that means i can apply more time to the project i am building @heartbeatonhive as well as devote more time to supporting the We Are Alive Tribe Community where i am a moderator.
Supporting the We Are Alive Tribe created by Erik Gustafsson also known as @flaxz is super important to me.
It is where i feel the most at home on Hive and the community that has supported me the most as well. I have also made some amazing connections with people there that i want to develop further.
It is the community @wearealive
@flaxz and the people i have met there that has inspired me to create the @heartbeatonhive project.
I am not going to create and post a huge list of people i have connected with because i would not want to leave anyone out by mistake and there are many, it is just that kind of community.
Everyone is super supportive in their different ways which makes for an awesome community to be part of so thank you everyone @wearealive
So now moving forward i am going to attempt to do this post every week.
I had some health problems that got in the way of my consistency although i still attempted to be on Hive in some way everyday.
The main token i am staking is ALIVE although i do give a fair bit away at the @heartbeatonhive project everyday and now also double at the weekends.

I have shamefully fallen behind a bit on this task but will correct that during the week with bulk payments as i have done before.*
This has happened because of illness, internet problems and the fact that it was just me on the project so i got a bit snowed under with tasks. To fix this in the future not only am i freeing up time to focus most of it on Hive, i have also started putting together a team to help with other tasks.

It is not just ALIVE tokens that get given away, there are others as well you see an example of this on our posts.
As well as ALIVE Tokens i am also going to be staking connected tokens like ALIVEM and AWESOME.
On top of this as well i will be going after other tokens that pay back in multiple tokens for ROI (return on investment).
Examples of this would be PGM because it pays out for using it and i love tipping people when i can so it makes sense and DHEDGE.
There are others as well but i will go more into this in the next goal and plans post.
For me it is really all about catch up in the next week on the project hitting all the tasks that i been lacking in, as well as spending applying more time to @aliveandthriving one of the core project in the We Are Alive Tribe that i am a moderator for increasing my engagement.
I have duties to fill there Thursday to Sunday that i really want to get back on track with, getting ill really through me off all round as it really took me by surprise.
I am not good at being sick and am normally not often but the last couple of years everything seems to be hitting me hard both mentally and physically it really sucked.
I am not going to let it beat me though i have been getting better, trying to be positive and doing things to build my strength up moving forward.

Things have been feeling a bit overwhelming lately but most of this has been due to things outside my control and i intend to fix it all and get back on track.
Facing challenges is not something new to me, most my life i have had the odds stacked against me in all kinds of way, being the underdog is where i thrive.
I wanted to get this out earlier but to be honest there was a lot going on at home and last minute one of the team was struggling, so i needed to step up and take on the curations.
This added extra time to the heartbeatonhive post for me searching for 5 qualifying good posts adds at least an hour or more to a post that takes around 4 hours to create and finish.
I am going to get ahead of this tomorrow so there is not such a rush, we are human and life will put up these challenges.
When you start a new project and work with a new team there will always be teething problems and learning curves in the beginning.
I think life has slapped alot of people around lately so it is more important than ever to come together, support and encourage each person in your circle.
I appreciate everyone that has joined the team so far and i know they are going to be more amazing than they already are, at the end of the day we are all learning and overcoming.
