On this fourth day of quarantine Sars-Cov2 an extraordinary sun dominates the blue sky on this fantastic spring day but I am locked up at home to sift through the virus away from my body. Back pain has almost completely disappeared but the residual effects of the cursed contracture does not allow me to move safely. And getting out of bed requires the utmost attention not to strain the back muscles.
The mucus still disturbs the location lying in the bed and I cannot turn on one side or the other to avoid the risk of not being suffocated. Anyway I can stay raised by walking around the house and sitting in front of the computer and tonight I think I will sleep on the armchair rather than in the bed.

A great contribution to distracting me gave me the Challenge of Larry the postman who allowed me to increase my wealth of token and have a fair number of possibilities by sending the Listnerds email.
Today I took a look at the balcony and these tradescantia confirmed to me that the spring season has begun. Look how thick, tough and colorful grow quickly.
This cactus that seems to be irrenced has flawed three spectacular buds. Tomorrow it should open them in magnificent yellow flowers. I wait with trepidation their opening.
Climbing plants climbed a little everywhere as it seems to them. I think they must be checked and directed to the right paths.
And for my stage number 27th of my personal #iamalivechallenge I leave you a selfie in little less #alive because I am worried by the work that there is to do out of the balcony. We hope that tomorrow morning the back will not give me boredom and I can do at least something. In the worst hypothesis I will run away some nice photos of blossoming flowers.
