Although it isn't always a brand new phenomenon, its occurrence has expanded alarmingly, becoming a constant that affects human beings of every age and walks of lifestyles.
Anxiety, in its maximum primary definition, is a herbal response of the frame to situations of strain or threat. In small doses, it can be beneficial, as it prepares us to face challenges or act quickly in essential moments. However, while this response becomes continual or disproportionate, it may significantly interfere with nice of life, affecting both mental and physical fitness.
Anxiety can be seen as a symptom of the modern global, a sign that some thing in our lives wishes interest and adjustment. Instead of ignoring or repressing it, we have to discover ways to pay attention to it and address it with compassion and backbone.
