Sorry to read about what you're feeling. I'm no expert but based on my own experience, I know that healing is a process. It does take time and I don't think there's a specified time for it. It all depends on us. Admittedly some folks heal faster than others. Perhaps they have discovered some secrets out there that help them do so. I have yet to stumble on that secret !LOL What I know is that there are good days and then there are days meh I would call them. I just go with the flow. Lately, I've given myself more meditation time and I find that helpful. It helps that I've also disconnected from most of my mainstream social media accounts (I still have the accounts but I'm no longer active). 😂 I choose what to read and what to surround myself with. There are days when I just take it one day at a time. Honestly, the #iamalivechallenge has helped me a lot in that I've become more focused on what I can be grateful for. Now I simply celebrate each day with #aliveandthriving (taking both the good and the bad of each day and being thankful for them just the same.)
