Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, this Xmas season goes with busy schedule a lot of celebration, child dedication, house dedication, burial, weddings. No matter how much you try to avoid some, you will still see that you are involved in one way or the other.
Burial of my friends mother.
This burial took place at Oron on Saturday last week. I was invited to attend two burial same day and two of them are mothers of friends. I told one that, I will not come because I was invited by Precious first. I only send some token for my surport.
That Saturday came with lot of work in the hospital I was assigned to assist a doctor. Before I came back it was already 1:pm. I called precious to tell her why I have not come yet. She said, I will love to see you. I prepared to go but there was no bus on the road. When I asked why, I was told that, they went for Senator president birthday. Because He was from Akwa Ibom state.
I took okada to the village where the funeral was conducted. She was so happy to see me even though I went late. She quickly introduced me to her friends too and told them my profession. It was really nice to mourn with those who mourn.
