I have heard a lot of stories about people who wanted to do something else and was directed to do another thing that is opposite of their dream. After so many years of struggling on that path that is not their dream, they will still come back to pursue their real dream.
I will tell you a story of a Man, who was a well know doctor 30 years ago in my city. One day, he was appointment in his church as a pastor. He told their supretendent, that he will not be a pastor, that his dream since he was born was to be a doctor.
But they did not listen to him because they needed his assistant in expanding their ministry. They caused him to leave his hospital to where they want him to serve. After six months of serving in that village, he was called to be a doctor in their health center.
He accepted because the community does not have qualified doctors. In that community, he was known as a doctor not as a pastor even though he was working as a pastor too. Nature cannot be hidden.
What is the lesson here?
Doctors are born not made. We all have different gift from God. We call it talent too. What is that, that you are good at, do it well, let people know you are doing it. Never allow anything to distract you. Destiny they say, it can be delayed but not denied.
Whatever your mind is fixed at from your childhood is your dream. It is where your success is. To many, they have not learn that skill from anyone, but they will work it as if they have been in the field.
Like the Man in my story here, his first Son is a medical doctor. According to him, the day He left the hospital where he was to where he was assigned to pastor, he said God, now that you are taking away doctor work from me, give it to my unborn Son. He will be great and an international doctor more than me
From the day he had his first Son, he called him doctor of natural medicine. Nature directed his son to an Indian doctor who took him to India, to Siri Lanka, he studied natural medicine. And today, he is an international doctor. The power of word and that is nature at work.
Always follow your nature direction
When I was a kid, just 6 to 7 years , I love 2 different career, my first choice was to be a doctor or a nurse, Not just to work for another person but to have my own clinic where I will practice it. My second choice was to be a teacher.
But my parents couldn't afford the money to train me. It was so painful to me to see myself doing another work instead of my dream job. Although doing other businesses, I have never enjoy in them compared to each time I tell someone some natural remedies for health challenge.
I still see myself practicing my doctor job even though am not. Each day that passes ,the hunt of pursuing my dream became so hot that I couldn't keep it any longer. So I started attending classes part time to fit in for my course.
Last month, I finished my part time classes and now, I am on full time school as a homeopathic/naturopathic doctor. Do you know what, I felt satisfied since I began this training. In me I felt that, I have fulfilled nature's call.
I don't know how you feel when you see yourself going towards your direction in life. When you see that, you have answered your nature's call. I love everything natural, I love nature so much that I can't stay without gardening, farming, caring of humans and animals. In fact, if I am from a country like @tydynrain, I would have learn natural medicine from him and live very close to nature.
Nothing can give you that joy and a satisfying life like nature, why there is so much sickness today is because Man has left the way of mankind when it comes to healthy food to more of acidic food.
How happy I am now to belong to a family, who thinks the way I think, love what I love and we will grow together in helping humanity for have a total wellbeing.
Age is just a number, I have made friends of young ones who are pursuing their dream f becoming a professional doctor in life
